I bought this camera on Amazon for the price. But after installing it I realize that they charge for everything. a motion fee for humans another for birds and so on. if you subcribe after a few years you can cover the cost to buy a much better camera. BAD
Great little device!
I wasn’t expecting much for a outdoor camera that cost less than £20, but after receiving it, installing it (very easily), and setting it up on my devices, I am pleasantly surprised.
The picture quality for day n night is amazing!

I have 2 Netvue cameras and 5 from Ring. Ring cost a lot more, but provides a better experience. Both of my Netvue cameras stopped working after 3 years and I had problems the entire time after purchase. Besides quality issues customer service is dismal. Netvue makes claims they cannot support.

ENG: I bought a wifi cam. Only after purchase you discover that alarm notifications are received with 10 min delay. To get real time notifications you need to pay a monthly fee. But after the last update the motion detection no longer works. Practically the cam is now out of service. And "accidentally" it happened the month after the warranty expired.

Live image is unavailable and the recordings show errors most of the time. I contacted tech support and they provided no solutions. I have 8 Netvue cameras and 3 fail most of the time, it's not an internet issue because I have a Google Wifi Mesh with GREAT coverage. I would buy another camera if possible. Avoid Netvue.

I own 5 netvue cameras & finally got 3 of them working. They're the cheaper models. But my Sentry Pro seems to be a lost cause. The problem - netvue & I had been emailing back & forth, them telling me things to try, & then one day they just quit emailing. I guess they can't figure it out but they have not offered a refund or anything. They just went silent!

Vigil Camera.DO NOT BUY!
Purchased a Vigil camera for security purposes. Absolutely rubbish. Less then 3 metres away from router and the thing keeps dropping out.The signal to camera is at 80%.I've done all they recommended to try to rectify the problem but nothing seems to work.Security wise its as much use as a chocolate fire garde, usless,DO NOT BUY! Complete waste of money.

I have bought two different products from this company one Vigil Cam what is far better than the 360 degree Sentry Pro who have issue with internet connection more exactly is dropping very often. I would say avoid to buy this product from this company if you care about your money!

Stay well clear of there security cameras. Customer service is also pathetic. There livestreams constantly cuts in & out payback is the same. Customer service blame your internet speeds. I’ve 1gig broadband but there camera operates on the 2.4 that I use as recommended by them. I’ve it directly wired confirmation 1 foot away from the modem and camera and it’s terrible. 👎 not recommended.

I have five cameras that I purchased in 2020. I am having problems with two. Called them and sent photos of my problem. Two of the cameras at night has foggy or cloudy reception. They told me to make adjustments which I did. Still have a problem. Tried to contact several times. They say leave a message with your number and they will call you shortly. It’s been weeks and nothing. When you call also the recording says no one is available and it doesn’t matter what time you call. Don’t buy.

I had a Netvue Vigil camera for almost a year. It has some great qualities,Great picture and fast wi- fi connection. However. I decided to uninstall it for the following reasons.
1.It will only let you download still pictures to your Pc or phone or any other device.
2.You CANNOT download Video captured to any of your devices in the event of an incident,that you would like to pass on to the police.
3.It will let you store, and playback your videos and pictures IF you pay for Netvue Cloud.
4.Even if you install a memory card you will NOT be able to access ANY thing on your memory card because your PC or APPLE or ANDROID platforms are unable to read it.This is because Netvue have used a coding software that the above devices cannot read. You will find that your memory card will present as empty (No files) when you try to access your memory card files once inserted into your PC or other. E.g. VLC or other software will not work.
Now what is the point of having C.C.T.V. if you are not the master of your footage when you are unable to download YOUR Images and files in the event of an incident.
My personal opinion is that you are merly allowing Netvue a(Chinese Company)access to activities in your life. No wonder these cameras are cheap to buy. They have control and you don't. Customers have been asking Netvue for year to release software so we can read, and download our own images,so far they just say its coming soon.......
Would never buy,or recommend Netvue Camera's for all of the above.

I have just installed an outside Netvue vigil camera and I must say it was so easy to install clear instructions and within an hour I had linked it to all my devices
The camera is crystal clear and captures any movement in my garden it’s amazing to watch the foxes caught on camera and also I feel safer knowing it’s there and I would certainly recommend this product top class and a great price

Great little cameras and great cust service
We bought these NetVue indoor cameras almost a year ago (Nov 19) and they are amazing. They are very reliable, excellent picture, easy to use in terms of looking at different rooms and changing the angle remotely. You can store video or imagery and move them around the house with ease. I am amazed that they cost so little (I believe they are £45 each now, but we paid £35 each). We even got a free camera ticket in one of the boxes and had no difficulty getting that sent too. Really couldn’t be more impressed.
Customer service hard to contact, product not so great
Upgrade: After a few more attempts to contact them, a technician contacted me and sorted out my problem (he changed the software of my camera).
Upgrade 2, after a year of use: I have top say, there are a few flaws. The cameras records 5 seconds, and the first 3 are black. I have to pay a subscription to get these 5 seconds, I think I should get a full 5 sec video for the price. On the other hand, if I get a notification about an event, I can't have a look, the camera tells me it's just recording. So if there were a burglar, I couldn't see what's happening, I had to wait for the end of the recording (which takes much longer than the 5 seconds).

I bought one of their products, which is faulty (camera not working properly), and wrote to their support. 3 times I got the same template answer, which tells me "to check FAQ first to get the answer".
Poor product & service
This seemed like a good alternative to other doorbell cameras but safe to say il be buying a Nest or Ring in the future - the doorbell audio didnt work from dot one, thing likes to ping/ring at 0345am which scared my wife in the middle of the night and since disconnecting and reconnecting wifi it's now no longer connecting to my network. Chat support is basic and anything more than scripted answer it pushes you to email - been waiting for a response but can't see how they'll fix this one.
Netvue alerts! RUBBISH
This is a company that is supplying outdoor/indoor cameras for monitoring, if you have a look on Facebook you will see hordes of unsatisfied customers, this is mainly due to lack of support from netvue, the camera's do have a very clear picture but the firmware that netvue update without your consent is causing an untold amount of problems, netvue take far too long to respond to customers problems and even when they do the solution is not what the customer wants. I returned a faulty camera and the replacement developed the same problem within 2 days. If you only need the camera as a monitor it's ok but if you expect to be alerted when someone is on your property forget it.
