I can absolutely recommend Netversaltech based on how they handled my order.
I visited this establishment whilst on vacation in Edinburgh in July 2024. I wanted to get my iPhone display fixed. The employee at the counter had a quick look at it and told us that fixing it would cost around 70£. We payed 29£ in advance and then left the phone at the store. When I returned after a while, the phone was ready to be picked up. It turned out that the phone display had not been damaged to begin with and that it was only the cracked display protector which gave that impression.
Now, because the employee misdiagnosed the issue, they insisted on paying us back 19£, only charging us the cost of the new screen protector and its application.
Not only was the service extremely nice and reliable but they also choose to be honest with us customers rather than not informing us about the mis-diagnosis and charging the full 70£. It is obvious that honesty is an important value of this establishment which is why I can recommend them to everyone!
Don`t waist your time and money.
I took my laptop and charger to them for repairs, I gave them £39 front payment as per their rules,they could not fix the laptop and so I had to take it back but you did not return my charger as you had no idea where it was. I believe that the company has breached contractual agreement under Scottish Common Law and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.I asked them to replace my charger or compensate me for the costs they Just lying and ignore me ,I been in touch with them physically once and 4 times over the phone and each time saying will check and get back to you but never get back to me. I get consumer advice so far I emailed them twice no reply , I posted a letter no reply , the next step probably the court .
