Nebeski narod malo sutra

Quality of the service is not bad. Information sharing and customer service really are.

Change to the new app is just announced, with some of the logging info. When is the day EON stops working? Why is the app changing? If you don't know how this should be done, look how streaming services are doing it, please.
This logging info is not fully clarified mainly because it is mot possible to keep the password private and change it from the initial 1234567 without calling customer service.
And customer service. I called the 5 times to get help for:
1. Adding a new credit card (same thing happen a year ago when I bought the service and it was a tech error. Now I got answer: "I don't know". They sadi Apple pay option didn't work. Why do even have it as a possibility?
2. I couldn't log in in the new up. They have eventually fixed it.
3. Couldn't change the password on my own on a new app. In fact I called The app's customer service for this and they blamed Nettv.

So I unsuscribed again.

I cancelled my subscription before the…


I cancelled my subscription before the end of the paid period and received written confirmation from NetTV Plus stating that the next billing period would not be charged.

January was already paid.
Despite this, my card was charged for February, which is the next billing period after cancellation.

Customer support refused to issue a refund and only referred to their terms and conditions, ignoring their own written cancellation confirmation.

After reviewing other Trustpilot reviews, it is clear that this is not an isolated case, but a recurring pattern where users are charged after timely cancellation.

I have initiated a chargeback with my bank due to this unauthorized charge.

I strongly advise others to be very careful when providing credit card details to this company.

Removed most of their sports section…

Removed most of their sports section that they advertise to bring you in. After 2 months into my subscription, they removed Diema sports 1, 2 and 3 with all the actual footbaal. Its a shit service and low quality.

They charged me for period which I cancelled on time

I took the trial period of 30 days. On last day I cancelled subscription. Day after I realized the money for next month subscription was withdrawn from my card on the last day of usage. I contacted the support, they told me I was late with cancellation (on their site it was clear written 29/30 days when I did the cancellation). We went back and forth with emails, and I was winning the case each time, but they refused to refund the money. They sent me their policies, where it states that next period is being automatically charged at the BEGGINING of the next period. However, the money was withdrawn while I was still on the first trial period. If you take this subscription, be very careful to cancel it before the first period ends, few days before it ends. Otherwise, they will charge you in front and you won't get your money back. They go against their own policies, and obviously they don't care at all.

BEWARE: This company are thieves who care only about taking your money

This company is a bunch of thieves who have taken payment regardless of the standing order being cancelled with the bank and now they are unwilling to offer a repay the money. Bunch of vultures. The customer service is very poor and their customer service is also very rude! They are like robots and judging from the reviews by other people I can see that this is a reoccurring theme and has been happening to other people. They had no authorisation to reactivate our cancelled subscription. Also, they make it very complicated to do so, which is obviously intentional, and make cancellation impossible over a device or mobile. I don’t think they have adapted or caught onto the recent laws that were passed about these complicated procedures and it appears that these laws do not apply to them. Unless they put right this situation, they will be reported. This problem will not go away.

Do not waste your money with Net tv!!!

Do not waste your money! There is nothing that you would benefit, repeatedly movies for years. And the most recent was they cut new series so you are unable to watch it. When you call to speak with them, they are blaming Prva TV for it. Will not continue my service with net tv.

Don’t trust Net TV Plus

Don’t trust Net TV Plus with your credit card details.

Even though I canceled my active subscription they activated and charged my card with a new much more expensive monthly subscription.

Contacting Customer Support didn’t help. They just reference their terms and conditions that they can activate and charge for a new plan before the old plan ends. Their justification for this is that they don’t want for their service to be interrupted.

Customer support refused to cancel and issue a refund for the plan that the company automatically activated, that I didn’t ask for, and that didn’t even started when I contacted them.

I never experienced this kind of business practice. I’m surprised that it’s legal. I had a terrible experience and I won’t be using them anymore in the future.

Don't Waste Your Money

I got the free trial for 24 hours and it was amazing so I decided to buy it for 30 days. Thankfully, I only purchased it for 30 days. Day 2 the app started to freeze shows that I was watching. I updated/refreshed the app. After that, the app stopped freezing the channels I was watching and instead just closed out completely. This is a pain considering how it takes the app one minute to one minute and a half to load up before you can get to the home screen. I will be not renewing this service once my 30 days are up. I also read somewhere that they have rude customer service and keeps your credit card information on file even though the customer does not agree to this. This is a complete waste of time and money!
