Nettotrailer DOES NOT offer warranty!!!
i submitted a waranty claim for a LED lamp, 6 months after purchase. The complaint was rejected because "too much time has passsed and that a lot could have happened in 6months" Meaning... Nettotrailer DOES NOT offer warranty!!! They claim a sealed exterior LED lamp will not be replaced under warranty even though there is no sign of damage. Last time i buy from you!

Beklagar att du känner så.
Vi har inte upplevt några reklamationer på dessa tidigare. Hade det varit något fel på den så borde det ha läckt in vatten direkt och inte efter 6 månader. På bilderna som vi fick kunde man även se att lampan har blivit misskött. På dessa kriterier så tog vi detta beslut.

All-season tyres limited lifespan
Bought all-season tyres for my trailer. It says in the description that they are winter-legal. They do have a M+S marking, so technically that is correct. They don’t however have a snowflake and the mounting sign, which means that they are winter legal only until November 2028. It should have been specifically stated in the description, most places do state if the tyres have that symbol or not. Trailer tyres last much longer than 4 years so I would have definitely chosen others if I knew it.

We are sorry that you have felt wrongly informated about the tires. Its true that the wheels are Mud and Snow (M+S) approved, and doesnt have the snowflake and mountain sign. We will look into it in the future to have the tires be winter legal in Sweden :)
