От доста време ползвам услугите им като интернет и телевизионен доставчик. Рядко ми се случва да отделя време да напиша мнението си за дадена компания, но наистина Нет-Сърф го заслужават. Винаги реагират на моите телефонни обаждания или дори по "Фейсбуук" страницата им - за пръв път срещам такова клиентско обслужване. Впечатлен съм от бързото им реагиране и това, че винаги са любезни и оправят възникналите проблеми. Нет-Сърф са пример за клиентско обслужване и една от малкото правилно функциониращи компании с които съм се сблъсквал. Препоръчвам на всички бъдещи потребили. Успех за напред!
