I was quoted 850 dollars for services but charged an extra 30 dollars. Its been 10 days since I paid for service and I've been ghosted. There has been no change to my online presence but at the same time nobody has returned an email or phone call. Not one drop of an update or feedback.

I purchased one of Web Presence, LLC’s higher-end reputation management packages based on their assurances of comprehensive, human-written content and personalized service. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite of what was promised.

Over the course of the engagement:

Many of the deliverables they provided were AI-generated, despite being marketed as written by professional human writers. I independently checked the materials using AI detection tools, and results consistently showed 94% to 100% AI content. This critical detail was never disclosed and runs counter to the service I believed I was paying for.

They failed to provide me with access credentials or logins to the accounts they were allegedly managing on my behalf. When I inquired, I received vague responses but no resolution.

Several features, such as social media linking, never functioned properly.

Whenever I raised concerns, I was dismissed or made to feel as though I was misunderstanding their process, which felt unprofessional and unhelpful.

After the final month of unsatisfactory and incomplete deliverables, I stopped payment. Rather than address my concerns, the company sent my account to a third-party debt collection agency that I have since learned is not licensed to operate in my state, raising further legal and ethical concerns about their business practices.

I would caution others to carefully evaluate whether this company’s approach aligns with what you expect before committing. My experience fell far short of what was advertised.
