I just wanted a R1500 They could not give it I been waiting and still waiting but nothing

Tried payoff when their is giving error than days later it goes up to over 1300.00 and going up RIPOFF It started on 02/24/2026 it only 1245.00 3 or 4 times,no charging because they wanted 1295.00 to payoff. So I paid and told them to close and to should me good on credit report,I would have been able to 1245.00 get the rest. STILL RIPOFF AFTER SO MUCH TROUBLE

Every time I need extra money to pay bills. I can count on Netpay for a personal loan. But the amount they have you to pay back is higher than some other loan places.

You have replied and I have called. The person on the phone tells me that I need to contact the bank. The bank that I don't bank at. It's still your money, why can't you call the bank and track your money? Why should I have to do the leg work?

This company and their associates are criminals.Do yourself a favor and do not use them even if urgent.I made multiple attempts to pay off a small debt early and their website didn't allow me via an error message.I then made multiple attempts to reach a human in their security department to rectify the issue. I finally reached a human ( Robert) and payed the principal off and made it very clear that we are done here and no more payments would be made and they continue to try to draw from my account. Account representatives refuse to fully identify themselves via first and last name and refuse to rectify the error which originated from their website. They also share your personal information with other unethical lenders. This problem has persisted since last November.Una ceptable.

Took a $300 loan. I've paid $200. I still own $293. I called their help line and ask why I still own $293 and after 15 min of putting me on hold I was told that they charge 3% interest DAILY, DAILY! Don't get loan from these guys, but, if you do, just pay it ALL off in a month. They are legally scamming people. You're better off getting a loan from a bank.

This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I hope someone sues them! They once accidentally processed payment too early and directly debited my checking account. They said it was computer glitch but it caused me problems. Now I paid my loan off early and I am supposed to immediately recredit your acct via your debit card. They said my card # is wrong. They are a liar bc I just made the payment with same card. This company is not trustworthy… avoid doing business with them!

Thier app is non functional and you will spend most of your money on interest even paying 51 dollars every week. Thank God I only got 400 dollars because as of right now I've paid 300 dollars and only paid off 60 dollars.
It was easy to apply for the loan but when I applied I didn't see the interest rate or the payment plan but I thought "How much could it be?" big mistake. However I didn't need a cosigner and personally I haven't had a problem contacting customer service
but unless you are extremely desperate and can pay back the loan in full at once stay far, far away

I tried emailing them for help and no one could be bothered to respond so please don't bother trying to connect with their support staff. They're scam artists so no one is around to help.

It is not intended to be a 30day-12month loan. Borrow what you need when you need it and pay it back in full. Honestly a great emergency fund if you use it right, costs of a couple bucks a day interest. Very convenient.

Don’t use these people. They will sell your information and you will get non-stop emails and texts from other loan companies. I have received 5 texts from other companies since midnight to 5am.

They were the only online payday lender I could find offering instant funding after super quick approval (got the money within 15 minutes at like nearly midnight), and on future loans they even let me get it funded to a different debit card than the one I am making payments from and get direct deposits to. Definitely a lifesaver for someone needing emergency $ despite super bad credit score!

Fraud alert 🤬 They TRIED TO SEND MONEY TO AN ACCOUNT I HAVE NO CLUE WHERE THEY GOT. THE MONEY WAS RETURNED TO THEM THE VERY NEXT DAY. BECAUSE THE ACCOUNT WAS NOT ACTIVE, HOWEVER, THE LOAN IS STILL SHOWING ACTIVE AND ACCRUING INTEREST FOR MONEY I NEVER GOT.

Which customers rate these armed robbers with high satisfaction? That is a bold faced lie right there. And if we can't trust Trustpilot, who can you trust... I bet they remove mostly negative reviews and leave some subpar algorithms here to skew the results.

Well, long story short, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with these thieves. How this company's tactics is not classified as usury or better still, highway robbery with a pen, I would never understand. All I know is that our own government allow companies like this stupid net pay advance inc. to steal from us and trustpilot for them to hide under.

NPA robbers, you can prove me wrong if you can... or how else would anyone classify paying over $1,200 as penalties, interests, Cab fees, or whatever you want to disguise your predatory lending practices on already financially strapped and desperate people as? Eyin people yi o ma beru Olorun o.

You have no fear God in you at all, cos how fair does that sound to you if this is done to your own children and generations to come? And God will punish all of you severely so, of that I am sure. People like you, when in your old age, and you start having unknown diseases with no cure, you will be saying you have been helping people, why is God afflicting you so? Remember then that it is not God doing anything to you, but Karma! What this company and companies like this are doing, may they all get appropriate comeuppance from God, mark my words. And that goes for everyone of y'all, who owns any part of this wretched mess, or who works here. Awon ole gbogbo!!!!

These guys are nothing more than "LOAN SHARKS"!! Over $1000 payback for a measly $400 loan in 6 months!! Do not waste your time or money on these guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got the loan, nowhere near the amount requested, less than a fifth of the amount needed. UNABLE TO REPAY DUE TO NETPAY ADVANCE refusing to allow me to update my account information, NPA repeatedly harassing me by calling, texting and emailing demands for payments yet they refuse to allow me to actually pay! And yet, even though NPA refuses to ALLOW ME TO PAY, interest is still accruing, they've reported delinquency to the credit bureaus and are both still harassing me AND STILL REFUSING TO ALLOW ME TO PAY for months now. I have repeatedly attempted contact, repeatedly attempted to update my account information to an account that actually exists! Yes, that's right, NPA has refused for abt 5 months to allow me to update my information to PAY THE LOAN! Extra charging me interest while refusing payments sounds really reputable, doesn't it?

I have always had no issue with NPA, I process my loans online myself quickly and efficiently. Their site is easy to use, and when I needed an extra day or two they have always been very flexible.

I am going out of my way however to leave a review for Jesus A. I called in as I was having some issues with logging in. It wasn't a password issue, the site was giving me trouble sending the actual login request. The first representative just went through the script and wasn't listening to my explanations. They said they would call me back in 20 minutes and we could try again. I was frustrated, having worked in call centers before I know there are limitations but I also know what it sounds like when someone isn't trying. I called back almost an hour and a half later, having not received my call back, mostly to just make note on my account about the poor customer service and my frustration. Jesus listened to me, used the information to suggest another option, and low and behold solved my issue almost immediately. He was kind, he was patient with my frustration, and he really saved my opinion of NPA.
