Scam = Loose time & your money
Well, as I'm the 1st review, I will try to not climb down this company, but just share my bad experience.
I paid on a merchant website on 11/02/2022, of course, Netopia processed the payment. As they are "Romania's biggest payment processor since 2003" (what their site say), I though let's trust them for this and put my card info.
Unfortunately, the problem didn't directly came from them, but from the merchant, which don't answer, and don't deliver the product I paid for. So then after 72 hours, I directly tried to reach Netopia. I won't make it long for you with all exchanges between me and Netopia support which was all without any exception, useless. It's been now more than 1 month than I've been waiting for this refund, but as they need the "merchant answer", despite all proofs that I sent, at this day 12/14/2022, I just loose my time and my money.
The worst part of it all ? The website which scammed me keep using Netopia to process his payments.
What I learned from this, is that you can trust Netopia, only if the merchant is not a scammer, otherwise, the support will just keep disclaim his company in your mail exchange with them, and let you hope for a refund, but of course, if you think about an answer from the merchant nor an refund, you are surely simple-minded.
