C.E.O commited securities fraud ran a pump and dump operation and stole investors money
“First time entered Crypto Payments for goods/services and has been great experience with this company. Customer service was very prompt, professional, and informative regarding questions we had during signup, installation. All our transactions have been secure and seamless and paid in less than 24 hours to nominated bank account. Easiest way of dealing with crypto. Thank you”
Hands down the best customer service and onboarding experience I've had so far. unfortunately i have not had any transactions to process yet but will certainly keep the account live incase i need any help
My assistant went against her best judgment to try and trust this company. Their customer success manager Rukshan Dharmadasa, who doesn't even appear to be a real person, sent all of our bank account information in an email, then pretended like that's not a breach of security. Anyone and everyone could have our banking info now since it could be intercepted in transit via email. We contacted The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. But this company is in Dubai. I'd highly suggest no American or Canadian companies do business with these people. We'll likely have to close our bank account now, and go through the pain of updating everything as a result.
Signing up was a little cumbersome, but all my transactions have been secure and seamless. Easiest way of dealing with crypto I've come across!
They deactivated my account after $1000 deposit using flexepin because they said "your account has been flagged by our compliance team", after I sent them all of my documents selfie with me and ID and photo of Flexepin receipts they told me to contact Flexepin even they already took my money.
After contacting flexepin they've told me vouchers are already used and cannot be reversed
BEWAREEE !!!!!
Customer service was very prompt, professional and informative regarding questions I had during signup.
