From start to finish they were excellent. I phoned them on a Friday and was told they were in N6 the following Thursday. I emailed them on Saturday to ask that they book me in - and got a reply with a confirmation for the Thursday from Mike. On the Monday I received an email with a time window and a request to install the Nest apps etc.. On the day they let me know 40 minutes before they arrived. Mike is an extremely knowledgeable can do, sunny person, a pleasure to have in your home. He even set up the internet connection. Payment was only necessary as he was walking out of the door. At £80 including Vat why go anywhere else?

He came in and approached the job with such a positive attitude. I was feeling under the weather so he explained everything to my mum and took extra time to make sure he was clear. A really friendly guy who carried out the job without any complaints and very quickly. I would recommend over and above any other workmen I’ve had!

One of the best experiences I've had with a call-out service. My old thermostat had blown up, and I'd bought a Nest thermostat which I needed installed quickly (it was a week before Christmas, and my initial thought was that it was going to be a huge hassle to find someone to install it around this time of year). However, when I went on the website, I was extremely impressed at how simple they'd made it to book an engineer (their pricing is very transparent, just a single flat-fee as opposed to complicated quotes and hidden charges like call-out fees etc). I made the call, the lady on the phone was really professional, and we found a slot before Christmas day which I was really happy with. When the installation day came around, the engineer kept us up to date with when he'd be coming, and he arrived on time. Mike clearly knew his stuff and took about an hour to install our thermostat without any issues. He was extremely generous with his advice (giving me good tips on where to place our thermostat, and what options we had for mounting it, even letting us know where to buy a good quality mount for a better price than if we were to include it as part of the installation that day). All-in-all, not only was I extremely impressed with the smooth service, but also so happy with every person I'd had contact with in this company. Thanks for all your help Nest Pro London!

I called Mike after reading his reviews online and I don’t have enough words to describe how happy I am with the service he provided. It is rare to find a professional who genuinely goes above and beyond to ensure their client's satisfaction and Mike did exactly that going more than the extra mile to help me resolve persistent issues with my heating system.

From the onset, Mike was great installing my Google Nest thermostats, his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring that the devices were correctly integrated into my existing system was impressive and greatly appreciated.

However, what truly sets Mike apart from others is his dedication to customer satisfaction, even when faced with challenges beyond his scope of work. My heating system was not working due to issues unrelated to the nest thermostats and when I called Mike for advice he returned to my flat on three separate occasions, troubleshooting and diagnosing the problem.

Mike's generosity did not stop there, he even ordered the required parts for me and installed them, despite this being well beyond his job obligations, so I wouldn’t have to find a new engineer just before Christmas.

Throughout the entire process Mike was super kind, answered all my messages promptly and clearly knows what he is doing!

If you are thinking of installing a Google nest system call him, you won’t regret it!
