Bought the cove toddler bed and the headboard came w a piece missing. Then they sent us the new headboard and it broke immediately upon assembly. For the price of this furniture the wood is very low quality and manufacturing is low quality.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, I had the chance to deal with this company’s services. We ordered a crib and paid $937 for it. When it arrived and we started assembling it, we discovered many small damages and chips that were clearly made during manufacturing. It was obvious because some of the defects looked like they had already been “fixed,” but the repairs were done poorly.

Also, the crib itself — or rather its parts — didn’t seem to fit properly. There were visible inconsistencies, uneven areas, and mismatched sizing. We took photos and videos and sent a complaint directly to the company. In response, we were offered either $75 compensation or the option to wait several weeks for replacement parts.

We were also told that damage during delivery happens very often and that any defects or size inconsistencies in the crib are not dangerous for the baby and that the child can still use it safely. From our perspective, this sounded very strange and unprofessional.

We tried to explain that a crib that costs nearly $1,000 should not look like this, and that $75 is not adequate compensation considering the number of defects. We also pointed out that we should not have to wait several more weeks for replacement parts that may arrive damaged again.

We were extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the crib itself. We are being told that for the nearly $1,000 we paid, this condition is considered normal. I do not recommend this company to anyone. In our experience, they act unprofessionally, avoid responsibility, and handle situations like this in an unacceptable way.
