Very happy great service

Order was for old favourites and came with a free coffee glass and coasters. The glass was lovely as are the coffee pods. The ordering was really easy and delivery was next day. My order was £59.00 for 120 pods which I feel is good value. You can also organise free recycling whilst ordering.

Easy to use app to order, great choice of products and swift service. Great.

Coffee is fine. Nice choice but very expensive. Can’t use any other capsules so trapped with Nespresso.
Someone in marketing team needs to get act together because every time I make a big order they send me a discount voucher or offer which is time limited! What’s the point????

Great coffee as always. Nespresso always delivered quickly but this order was delivered the next day at no charge. Brilliant! 🤩

I was struggling with an in app issue and Mari in customer support was excellent and fixed my problem quickly and efficiently!

Happy with coffee and delivery but without fail our Nespresso machines break down within 2 years and need replacing- it’s happened too many times to be coincidence so rethinking what to do next.

Coffee machine gave up on Sat morning of a bank holiday. New obr ordered and delivered Sun afyernoon. Bank Hol rescued!

Coffee is wonderful, Delivery via DPD is absolutely useless. Twice they delivered to their own collection point and then took it away and returned it to Nespresso. Eventually get through to Nespresso who rearranged delivery via Amazon which was perfect. Obviously next order will be via Amazon.
Nespresso need to raise a dispute with DPD re their delivery system.

My package was delivered in day & left in my safe place. I even got an extra sleeve free, so what’s not to like!

Pods arrived promptly.
Not tried the “new” flavours yet but I’m sure they’ll be as good as the ones I already know and love.
On that note, I am DEVASTATED that you will no longer supply “Ethiopia”!!
It’s been my favourite for many years. What do you suggest to buy in its place?

DPD delivered my parcel with 25 sleeves and the box was split open and a sleeve missing.

Rang up customer service and they sorted out the problem with 5 minutes. Professional, courteous and engaging representative. Well done Nespresso.

Great coffee when you need it brilliant service

I have been using Nespresso original pods for over 10 years, now. Love the variety of flavours on offer and the extremely swift delivery. I’m enjoying the new coconut flavour now.

I buy two coffees, Restretto (9 in strengh) and India (11 in strengh) in the last year the India has got weaker and weeker, I think they put less coffee in the pods now as I would rate the strengh at a 6 or 7 only now!
