Really terrible website to navigate

Great coffee. Always been great delivery but delivered to wrong address. Not my front door in the photo. 🤷‍♀️Amazon delivery! Say no more. Very disappointed.

I ordered a machine and it said it comes with 50 free pods and a milk frother. It arrived with neither free items and when I rang Nespresso they said the order was closed. I complained and they said one of the ‘higher uppers’ would call me and as yet, still no call.

I agree with David below. I also tried to see if I was one of the lucky few to receive free pods in their 'draw'. I got a message to say the website was down. However you can access it by coming away from their link and entering by another route. Sounds a con to me to avoid awarding the freebies. I don't suppose Nespresso even read these comments.

Things were wrong, they were quickly sorted out

I love our coffee machine, and ordering new pods is easy and quick - usually next day. I love trying the seasonal flavours, and stock up on my favourite ones. I’ve saved money on my expensive coffee habit, as each cup is about 60-80p, instead of grabbing coffee on the go that I don’t enjoy as much for quadruple the price. The pumpkin spiced cake coffee pods are my absolute favourite - I stock up on them during the Halloween season so that I don’t run out until next year.

Machine has been effective and easy to use, helped give the energy boost needed in the morning, the parcel with a new batch of pods arrived safely.

Delivery is prompt. Website is easy to use. We have a subscription order with them and I end up changing the contents every month, no problem at all.

Fantastic & really quick with delivery

I recently received an email from Nespresso which was interesting as It said I could win £100 added to my account. I called Nespresso but could not get through as their system appeared to be down, or so I was told by an agent. However, the agent asked for my address and he found me that way but could not find any information on the Draw. Perhaps regular purchasers may want to avoid ordering at present until Nespresso sorts its web site issues out!

Nespresso offers excellent coffee quality, with a wide variety of coffees to suit every taste. As a regular customer, I particularly enjoy receiving sample sleeves of different coffees with my orders, which is a lovely way to discover new favourites.

The machines are of excellent quality and consistently deliver great coffee. When I once experienced an issue with my machine, Nespresso’s customer service responded quickly and arranged a replacement without delay.

Customer service is outstanding: friendly, helpful and easy to reach by phone. Any questions or concerns are handled professionally and efficiently.

The only minor criticism is the app, which could be more user-friendly. Adding items to an existing subscription order, particularly when special offers are involved, can sometimes be difficult or even impossible.

However, this is a small drawback that does not affect my overall experience or my five-star rating. The excellent coffee, reliable machines and outstanding customer service more than make up for it. I’m a very happy Nespresso customer and highly recommend them!

Not happy with the delivery
Last delivery was outside whole night and got wet because of the rain.
Delivery driver left it near the bins and when I read the email only I took it.

I purchased my new Vertuo UP machine which its self is very good except it doesn't produce very hot coffee, apparently they will only tell you how to adjust if you register the machine which I tried repeatedly when I bought it but would not recognise the receipt from John Lewis
so overall just a 3

The coffee capsule order was delivered in a few days by courier. (There is no longer a boutique where I live so the only way to get Vertuo coffee is via the Nespresso Store app). Got recycling bags as well.

Until now I would give them a 5* review but trying go order a pain this time. It kept saying i needed to order in groups of 50 which i had but the free pods took it over so was forcing me to order 40 more. Eventually i went on the website a day later and managed to place an order but some pods are only available on the app. They have also switched to Amazon delivery which is terrible. My order arrived around 10pm which had I not realised would have been outside in the rain all night. Please switch back to DPD, they are much more professional and deliver within reasable hours and you can track them.
