The the agent named Justine is what made the experience better and memorable compared to so many other support sites on so many other websites.
I couldn't install the software I bought from you because it was a piece of a larger Suite of applications that was earlier versions then the app I bought. Justine solved the problem quickly and easily and I ended up buying another app for another computer because of the great experience I had.

I am writing to dispute charges for two…

I am writing to dispute charges for two separate purchases of Microsoft Office software that proved to be non-functional.

In 2025, I purchased a 2024 version of Microsoft Office 2024 for use on three computers. I was unable to download or install the software. In 2026, I purchased a 2021 version of Microsoft Office 2021 for three computers and experienced the same issue.

To rule out any user error or hardware-related problem, I sought professional assistance from Best Buy Geek Squad, a well-established and reputable provider specializing in computer diagnostics, repair, and software installation. Their trained technicians made multiple attempts but were unable to successfully install or activate the software, confirming that the issue was not due to my computer or actions.

I contacted the seller, Nerdused, to request a refund; however, I have received no response or resolution.

Given that the products were defective and unusable, and that the seller has failed to provide a refund, I respectfully request a full chargeback for these transactions.

It's way good place to purchase a… MS office license

It's a great place to buy a licence. You will also be able to chat with a real person 24/7.

I had a problem that I couldn't explain, and after three days of testing, I was able to get it to work. There were some strange things happening with my computer, but Jay was very helpful in fixing it.

However, limited staff for the support is available, but they could be able to assist remotely as well.

Good but can be trying

First off, getting Office 365 from NerdUsed is a heck of a lot cheaper than any other venue. It is a real account I will add, and has full functionality, it's just setup like a business account where you are one of many users. Second, if you elect to go this route, do not buy from anyone but Nerdused. I found out the hard way about their failed relationship with Groupon, meaning I am left with an account that is pretty much useless. Now for the Nerdused part directly...their support is not great. Trying to get a straight answer from chat is like pulling teeth so I recommend emailing them as that seems to get eyes on things better. I will also point out I was told two different things about my issue but as finally given a new account that resolved my issues. So, all in all, it works and great price but be aware of issues and be proactive on them if you want it fixed.

Turned out to be trustworthy

Was a bit apprehensive. The money back guarantee and the site itself seemed legit. So I decided to take a chance.
Glad I did. Followed the instructions. Frankly the 1s step should be to uninstall any previous ver of Office.
Also the Hyperlink should be in a color like blue. This way one knows where to click to download.
After that it was painless. Look to the great experience so far continuing and the license staying stable
