Great support team
Great support team that is always very helpful and show care to their customers. I initially wanted to get a Tado set up in my home and it was a very efficient process to get the job order ready. The installation of the product didn't end up going super smoothly as there were some issues with the main valve letting in and out warm water in my personal CV installation.
I contacted customer support afterwards and I was personally helped by Serge over the phone while troubleshooting. When we had exhausted most of our resources he scheduled an engineer to come by to check out the installation in person. The engineer Koen came to check out what was wrong and it turned out that the first engineer who installed everything had programmed the main thermostat wrong which was why it couldn't control the main valve of my CV installation.
Koen and Serge fixed the problem for me and both did a great job at making sure I ended up with a system that worked. It would've been 5 stars if the installation went right the first time, but I'm glad that the amazing support team helped me throughout the process. Thank you!
