Nerdbase Canvey never disappoint.
Staff always so helpful and kind. Went in there to get some presents for family and something for myself I wasn’t to clued up on certain things and they were so knowledgable and helpful. Can’t recommend them enough!

I recently bought from this website for the first time and I would definitely compliment them on a very prompt service and prompt delivery (which I did pay extra for). That being said, the products arrived in decent condition, however cardboard parcel box was a refused box with tear marks where tape had previously been. The big issue here was the box wasn't greatly protected, either from accidentally coming open and the contents inside were not adequately protected by the parcel box. Although bubblewrap and bubble plastic was provided to cushion the products inside, it was insufficient. Considering the 2 items I ordered and postage came to just over £100 I don't feel the packing/packaging adequately reflected this.

Too often we are seeing companies sending out valuable collectables in thin, weak cardboard packaging. I'm all for recycling (who isn't?) and I reuse the more robust parcel boxes, but the box this order came in is only fit for recycling.

In summary, this is a good site for efficient service and a prompt order, but be wary if ordering more expensive/valuable items, as my order barely made it in one piece.

Perfect experience, never heard of them before, and found them from an item search.
Placed order on Wednesday and was in my hands on the Monday.
Will definitely shop with them again.

Brilliant experience. Managed to get a super7 figure at a reasonable price I couldn't get anywhere else, arrived a few days later, beautifully packaged and perfect. Great shop.

Just took a chance based on reviews on here to order an item as it was £20 cheaper then anywhere else, paid by PayPal , and received a few confirmation emails , item arrived a few days later (despite the royal mail strikes!) In perfect condition , would order again, I just wish they had a check In your order section on there , website for customer peace of mind, ! But overall very happy customer!!

Store had a lot of range and the staff were really helpful and happy to find anything. Went mostly for pop figures but was happy to see they had a lot of games, comics and accessories too.

I ordered online based on the single review on here and glad I did. Only place to have what I was looking for in stock. Plus it wasn't inflated prices like Amazon. Paid via Paypal, which was smooth. Items arrived within 3 working days. Will definitely buy from again.

No page to create an account exists so, despite ordering with PayPal with no account all items arrived. Packaged well in recyclable packaging. No items were damaged. Good price. I would recommend taking a screenshot, photo or snipping tool image after the confirmation and payment screen which shows your order number just in case you want to inquire or change your order as (like I mentioned before) no page/button exists on the site to create an account.
