terrible site RTP shocking! worst site I have ever been on avoid

Was told to deposit and play for 75 free spins and when I did and didn’t get them I was told I had to contact a member of support to add them. When I did she was asking for proof via screenshot that I didn’t have. But she could see from account history that I didn’t it. I told her to close the account because I feel undervalued and she did not care. Please see screenshots to be attached, avoid at all costs, robbing scumbags.

Let’s you register account and deposit funds but as soon as you get logged out it won’t let you back in and will keep saying logins are wrong, even when I reset the password over and over again. Please don’t get scammed, AVOID!

Regardless of the below reply NeptunePlay.com has not contacted Me about any of the issues I have raised. I have had to contact IBAS.uk and have an ongoing case. The best thing to do is report them to the ADR (IBAS), The Gambling Commission and Trading standards. If you are thinking of joining any site under A G Communications - don't. They will never pay you a penny and more than likely you will never be winning anyway!?

If I could give this site no stars I would, I joined it from a recommendation from a friend, ( he is no longer a friend), after joining I deposited £200 and was doing well, I got it up to over £2000, I was playing big bass splash. Went a bit dry so decided to change games, all of a sudden the site froze and kicked me out, when I tried to login it says back in it says account disabled, customer care is non existent and when I emailed them they tell me there is no account registration in my name and email, guys I play a lot of casinos but this has to be the worst by a long way, if it’s only cost me £200 to learn my lesson from this site then I think I dodged a bullet, please stay well we’ll clear of this casino, it’s not worth the print, STAY AWAY

Ok I run a you tube gaming post with over 314000 subscribers, after chatting with some of the guys in there this has happened to at least 12 of them, this gambling site are fraudulent, they will just keep asking you for details stalling and not responding to emails or if you go in their live chat they will just cut you off. One of my subscribers has shown me all the chats and even of them admitting there is over £1800 in her account, when she asked why her account has been disabled they cut her off immediately, she done this twice with the exact same results. I have had my pod cast for over 10 years and have never seen anything like this, this site is a major scam and I will be contacting my friend in the UKGC and showing him what this site is really like, I doubt she will get her money back but hopefully we can get this site and all their bogus sister sites closed down so no one else gets ripped off. I will keep you guys informed of what happens with the gaming commission

Slots is all about luck, this is not a wine and a moan. All I'm going to say is that there is much better options out there in terms of returns. You can make 15-20 deposits and get nothing. I'd highly recommend Lottoland instead

Undeniably fixed slots
Not moaning coz I’ve lost £150 I’m reviewing because if I’d have won something just once over 30 different slots played then lost it fair enough, wouldn’t review … but didn’t win a penny.
