30 euro stolen
I filled in a neosurf code for 30 euro. And that was it. They claim to exchange the code for PayPal credit within 24 hours. Waited more than a week. Nothing.....
SCAM!! Did a search and I'm not the only one. And for more than a year they scam people. I guess nobody did what I did and file a complaint with the police. They have to be stopped.

Absolutely terrible company. After i started redeeming few vouchers to my account which was gifted to me, Neosurf has banned my account and frozen my funds for money laundering purposes. This is absolutely a trap and a scam strategy. All my vouchers was bought legitimate and with hard earned cash. They do this to hold your own funds and never give you back again. I will also report this fraud company everywhere. I hope whatever you stolen from peoples will be back to them and you will face the same one day

Do not use neoswap. Your money will be stolen.
Don’t give them your vouchers, it will be lost and they will never reply. Funny thing is that they only get in touch with you when they can’t cash your voucher, once the voucher is cashed you will never hear from them again :)) I can provide emails or anything to prove, if necessary.

Warning
I was looking for a site to cash out a card with Neosurf credit and came across the corresponding site. Supposedly the money is paid out within 24 hours. In the meantime I wait much longer and after a few days I also used the offered contact form, but did not receive any response. Checking the Neosurf code indicated that the amount of money associated with the code has been redeemed for something. So one has definitely received my code. However, the payout via Paypal never happened.
