Withdrawal was approved. ahain started playing small and made a small deposit of 30 dollars then i played sometime and won little amount i wanted to withdraw my 55$ but request because of terms and conditions which says i need to wager 3x my deposit so i had to wager more than 90 dollars from my 30$ deposit to request withdrawal, so i played sometime and wagers 120$ in total my balance went from 55 to 85$, as i did wagered more than 3x i requested withdraw but after 2 days i get email saying you need to wager 3x of deposit which is now 180$ and therefore your withdrawal request is rejected . how tf it went from 90 to 180$, i didn't make any deposit all i had was 30$ deposit at first then nothing. now i have played again from same balance and went from 85 to 133$ and have requested withdrawal as i have also wagered more than 180$ which is 6x my deposit amount, lets see if they approve it now or not. they just want you uto lose money they will not say you anaything when you are making a deposit and play, bbut when you win and want to withdraw they will verify and try to delay it as much as possible unitll you gamble and loses money. what a shame would never comback on this site if this is a real scam

So I won't 12k aud a few months back and they took my winnings away from me because of an issue (yes I was in the wrong I used a ex gf bank card on my account because she wanted to play but that not acceptable) but all that was fixed and was told that my account is working again just now winnings and I can make future withdrawals until I won 7.5k just last week and won't let me withdraw because of the same issue from months ago. My issue concerns Neospin

They accepted my registration and allowed me to deposit money without any problem. However, as soon as I made a withdrawal after winning, they suddenly closed my account and blocked my access completely. I can no longer access my account or my balance.

At first, they claimed I was restricted due to a connection with another casino, which I was not aware of. That alone is already questionable, but what is worse is that they still accepted my deposits.

Now, they have publicly responded on Trustpilot saying that a refund is in progress. However, this is completely misleading. For the past 4 days, they have only been asking me for documents that are irrelevant, impossible to provide, and in some cases do not even exist.

Their support team is a complete joke. I was transferred multiple times, made to wait long periods, and received no real help. It honestly feels like they are mocking me and hoping I will give up.

This behavior is dishonest and unacceptable. If they were able to accept my money, they should be able to return it without creating impossible conditions.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this casino.

Additionally, they are now requesting documents that are impossible to provide or submit. It is clear they are doing everything they can to avoid issuing my refund.

The problem is that they will likely respond here with misleading or false information, and I may not have the opportunity to reply afterward. This is dishonest and extremely concerning behavior

i requested for transfer march the 13th morning and i didnt recieve anything till sunday morning. Upon my inquiry i found out that they needed credit card information which wasnt my payment method first place. I did direct bank transfer which i sent with my verification. this not the first time i rquested for withdrawl . i won many time bigger amount but never had any issues. this time i couldnt get hold of my vip manager either. i was told hes on vacation so i was talking to all hanky panky. very disappointed
