I had some questions so I decided to try and use the chat button on their website. I received a reply from Flora within no time! She was very kind and helpful and even assisted me with the tracking and delivery process information I had asked about.
I purchased my very first lightsaber from Neosabers because I loved the layout of their website, the prices seemed to be the best compared to other websites, and their staff was very helpful and friendly, which is a big deciding factor for me! The lightsaber I ordered (the executioner saber) may have taken a while to arrive but it was well worth the wait and had exceptional quality, as well as the other two sabers I received, though BaseLit, were still incredibly bright and great for dueling
I will definitely be ordering another one sometime soon, more than likely the weathered cal kestis crossguard, as it's design is incredible and the weight felt perfect when I held my friends

I like the overall weight compared to the first two bought over a year ago. The main complaints I have is always the blade attachment points. There are only two set screws when there should be four. The blade slightly wobbles no matter what. I end up wrapping the base of the blade in clear tape to fill the minute void between hilt and blade to take up the excess space in the hilt so its snug when blade is mounted then set the screws. This one I will probably have to modify and add two additional set screws as it should have been. I would not trust dueling for fear of breaking the acrylic blade from the setscrews till I fix it properly. Also there are a few mystery locations for set screws that I cant find any use for. Better instructions on disassembly, battery upgrades and configure options would be helpful. All metal pieces were very loose and had to tighten. I've noticed the hilt sections dont always seem to line up from tip to tip and match, or symetrical, as this would require precision threading when manufacturing. If those issues would be fixed I would give 5 stars, but due to price and overall build quality im being generous with three stars.

I placed my order on October 2nd, and today is October 17th, yet the tracking information still shows that my order is stuck in Shenzhen, China?
The sender (the webshop) has created a shipping label with FedEx, but the package has not yet been physically handed over to FedEx.
So FedEx only knows: “a package with this tracking number is supposed to come at some point.”
But in reality, FedEx has not received anything yet.
⚠️ Why scammers use this
Fake webshops often use this status message to make it look like they are actually shipping something.
They only create a label (which costs little to nothing) → you receive a real FedEx tracking number → you think the package is on its way.
But since they never hand over the package to FedEx, the status always stays at “label created but not yet handed over.”De verzender (de webshop) heeft wel een verzendlabel aangemaakt bij FedEx, maar het pakket is nog niet fysiek aan FedEx gegeven.
Dus FedEx weet alleen: “er komt ooit een pakket met dit trackingnummer.”
Maar in werkelijkheid heeft FedEx nog niets ontvangen.
⚠️ Waarom dit door oplichters wordt gebruikt
Nepwinkels gebruiken dit statusbericht vaak om het te laten lijken alsof ze echt verzenden.

Honestly the customer service through emailing and the smile on my daughter's face when she recieved her saber. Which made my heart feel grand. The free saber was a fun addition as well. Even if there is a difference between the one you pay for, which is phenomenal!!! They are amazing and oh so bright!!! Seriously, I was nervous if they were legit as i have delt with non legit companies many times. Neosabers is and the shipping was fast and everything was okay. I might just say though maybe ship them in boxes. Hahaha, to much tape to take off the package I recieved and I want to keep that nice box the saber came in without rips. ;) Seriously keep being amazing and bringing smile to the world of sabers.

Ive just received my second saber order from them without a hitch. The shipping is fast and got to me from China to the U.K within 10 days! Great selection of sabers and unlike some other saber stores they are well stocked. Ive experienced zero hitches when using them. All packages have arrived on time. Im definitely going to use them again. Highly recommend

I ordered a Saber with the buy one get two deal, what I received is of poor quality. To start the wrap for the execution saber was not properly tighted so it kinda just fell off, the other two sabers are just basic 20 dollar sabers, it's just drop shipping, one doesn't even have the Bluetooth functionality and the button doesn't barely work and when I sent them an email they never responded after giving them the appropriate information. They don't have anything to do with the quality because it's dropshipped.

I ordered a light sabre for nearly 300 pounds, and was delivered broken. They took there sweet time to get back to me and asked what the problem was I explained it and then they told me to fix the wires inside. I told them no not my job, they asked for all the proof of purchase etc I did and then some time much later on in the months they said there not the correct details. I said yes it is it’s everything that came with sabre. So they asked me to send the right documents over, so I sent the exact same one over that I originally sent, and this time they said it was correct. It was correct the first time. Emailed them again for update took there sweet time to get back to me. And then they said they will send a part out to me to fix. Why not my job I paid good money for it and all they did is mess me about. They sending some piece to fix sabre unacceptable I expect the sabre to be in full working order for the price I paid but they are not interested. I will be taking this further it is disgraceful how I’ve been treated and longed off!!!!!!

Writing a review here because they pre-approve the reviews on their site. I submitted one a month ago with three stars and they haven't posted it. Only 4 stars or higher are posted for this product and it's a scam from the beginning. Hopefully someone here will learn from my misfortune.
Ordered the Shogun saber on the B1G2 spring deal. It arrived in a beat up box with no warning. I actually got the "your order has shipped" email three hours after it arrived. Upon inserting the blade, the saber visibly wobbled and when held horizontally, the top of the hilt was tilted at a 20 degree angle. The issue lied in the lack of support around the exposed kyber crystal. There isn't a chamber around the crystal so it's essentially a house with a roof but missing a wall, too much stress at the juncture. I reached out to support for a replacement item, a refund, or a chance to pick a model that wouldn't have a known defect due to the expose kyber crystal; instead, they sent me a Google drive folder with videos on how to fix it myself. Upon following their videos, I discovered that they forgot two screws that held the hilt together and two plastic clips that kept the handle from sliding.
I again asked for a replacement and was told they'd send another video to which I refused and continued to demand a refund or replacement. They eventually sent another one, hastily wrapped in bubble wrap and not even in a box. Again, wobbly and I followed their videos to fix it; this time all the parts are there but the wobble continues due to the open crystal design with no support.
tl;dr: if you want something cool and pretty to look at on your wall, this company is cool. If you want a solid product to actually use for spinning or dueling, avoid them like the plague. It'll show up broken, they'll try to make you do their work for them, ignore you, and then send you more defective product.
