Low quality! Don’t buy!

Low quality bibs!! Even for the price which is so disappointing. I wanted to post my review on their site but can’t find a way to do so even though I’m a verified purchaser. Which makes me think their positive reviews are fake or filtered… Their quality claims are false. These feel so cheap and their returns policy is the worst I’ve ever seen. Don’t buy!!

I bought a full kit from NeoPro :(

I bought a full kit from NeoPro for about 120 dollars. Think Temu quality. The kit seems to be functional, decent looking and it fits tight, but that's where the positives stop. Here comes the negatives: the fabric is itchy and and feels rather plastiky. You keep thinking about it as you ride instead of just forgetting and enjoying the ride. The seems in the bibs are irritating and keep rubbing the body. The pockets on the jersey is way too high and hard to reach. It feels like twisting your arm every time. The padding on the bibs it's almost nonexistent, and it feels pretty bad on a long ride.

If you think that this is cheap and expected I would counter that kits half the price have better quality than this. I think they spent all money on advertising and forgot to develop a decent product.

The worst is the company does not offer refunds. They will give you a store credit after you pay for the return shipping but why would they do that if their product is so bad.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! One of the main issues was the sizing of the products. To make matters worse, Neo Pro does not allow for straightforward exchanges. Instead, they only offer store credit, requiring customers to purchase another item rather than simply exchanging the product.
Given the current standards of efficient online shopping, Neo Pro's practices are far below what is expected. Based on my experience, I would rate Neo Pro at the bottom in terms of customer satisfaction and service.

My NeoPro bibs tore along the inner thigh seam after only a few months of normal use. I’ve owned many other brands over the years and never had seams fail like this.

When I contacted NeoPro, their team initially replied promptly, but once I questioned their refusal to issue a refund, communication stopped. It’s now been months with no response despite multiple follow-ups.
Reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue. Many customers describe the same combination of poor product durability and lack of accountability.

That kind of consistency usually reflects company culture and direction—something that starts at the top.

If the owners are serious about building trust in the NeoPro brand, they should take a close look at how customers are being treated. I’ll certainly be sharing this experience with others I cycle with, so they can make informed decisions before buying.

Check out the comments from Reddit posts about NeoPro.... Plenty of people piling up even recently to let people know how shonky NeoPro is...

Careful before you buy and can't get a refund.

When ordering, not clearly posted that you can't get a refund, only credit. Sizing off on two different items and no respond from a human when contacting customer service.
I did keep one jacket, but the wind blocking flap often get caught in the zipper. I'd look elsewhere in the future.

RETURN SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

I bought a bib short and wanted to return. But buyer has to pay return shipping and top of that you get STORE CREDIT, Instead of Full Refund back to your card. Who does that these days? This is a crime. Basically, they want you to spend that store credit on their products. Absolutely ridiculous. Not very friendly return service. Not RECOMMENDING this company.

No refund

No refund. Accidentally ordered the wrong product and then re-ordered the correct one on the assumption they would refund. Was warned warehouse processing would take one week, instead they took the money and immediately dispatched. One jersey was not in stock, they shipped the rest of the order before offering me a partial refund. Terrible customer service!!

Wrong sizing & zero customer care

Purchased a medium size top as I had in the past & when it arrived it was smaller than my size small tops. When I asked for a larger size, they said I couldn’t return it. Wil never buy again from them & would not recommend them.
I’ve found quality cycling gear on other sites cheaper & way more accurate with sizing & without the lack of customer care. Spend your money anywhere unless you feel like making a donation to someone who doesn’t care about customers or satisfaction.

The worst online shopping experience…

The worst online shopping experience that I have ever had! I've been buying cycling clothing online for over 2 decades, and never had issues like this. The sizing is totally wrong. I ordered according to their sizing chart - should have been a medium - and the Shorts were basically 2 sizes too small. And you have to send it back at your own cost even though it's their fault. And with all these pedantic instructions that you have to follow, or they'll charge you an extra fee.
And they don't give a refund, just offer Store Credit.
This company treats it's customers with contempt. Well, it will never get my business ever again.

Just poor everything.

The whole process of dealing with this cycling brand was terrible from the start.
Poor sizing, poor quality and very poor customer service.
The branding logos fell off after the first cold wash. Their response?
Item still works, no refund.
Even then, the refund is a credit. Useless if you don’t ever want to deal with them again.

My response….. I made sure I rode with the remainder of their logo “Neop..” visible, telling every other cyclist I ride with the story of their poor quality, poor experience.
Plenty of other brands out there that are x100 better in every way.

Avoid NeoPro Custom — poor quality, long delays, no accountability

I ordered a custom team kit from NeoPro and the experience was unacceptable.
-The order took over 10 weeks to arrive despite being quoted 6 weeks;
-The custom jerseys do not match the colours on the signed-off artwork (navy/blues were replaced with purples); and
-The sizing is inconsistent — the custom “Large” runs a full size smaller than NeoPro’s retail Large, yet the website only provides a single size guide.
When I raised these issues, NeoPro blamed different materials, then responded dismissively, gaslit me about the problem, and ultimately stopped engaging.
The result: unusable kit, wasted time, and a company unwilling to resolve a clear mistake. Do not trust NeoPro for custom orders.

I found sizes not to be true to size

I found sizes not to be true to size - very small compared to what is is listed. Bought a jersey size as per size chart on sale which I can't return - was so small is absolutely useless. Bought Bibs not on sale as per size chart - no chance of getting these on so I returned for store credit. Was given store credit for about 10 minutes then cancelled. They said I returned without tags. Rubbish - taken out of bag and looked at - no chance of fitting so returned to bag. Never saw any tags. So I've spent $165 plus $20 return post and ended up with nothing. Jersey in the Bin and Bibs I told them to keep then. Customer Service - Bad - never again. Would not recommend

Inconsistent sizing for the same bibs, refusal to return

I ordered 2 of the new NeoPro Bibs v2.0. Both size L.
I received the items in good time, however when I went to try them on, only one pair would fit me. The 2 bibs were completely different size. The second pair would not go past my thighs. I could not get them high enough to get the braces on.
When I reached out to NeoPro I was advised that the size difference is within their tolerance. So basically according to NeoPro, it is ok to order 2 of the same Bibs, Size L, and one cannot be worn due to being so much smaller than the first pair, and that is my problem. No offer to return or refund the item.
This is just bad customer service, I won't be buying form them again if I cannot trust the sizing and if NeoPro aren't willing to fix issues like this.

Shitty customer service & accountability

They want me to figure out why my package hasn’t arrived 😂 what’s the sense In buying from them if you aren’t guaranteed your product. Stay away, other brands are better and easier to deal with the minor hiccups.

Would NOT Recommend

Not a bad product for the price, but the customer service and experience were so bad.
I had a faulty product and asked for a return according to their return policy. Attached photos and paid for the postal Return. A few days later, I received an email stating that they could not accept the return, but offered two options.
1. They destroy the product or
2. I pay for the return of the faulty product to myself.

I did not find either of these options acceptable and asked to speak to someone to solve the issue.
My response...The fault was not theirs or the manufacturers, it was mine...Wow. Talk about accusations. Anyway, I was not happy, and it now became a matter of principle that I would argue this. Long story short, after many emails, I got a response that they noted on my request return that I included photos of the faulty product and I therefore received a store credit. AND... paid for postage again.
After all that, I am happy to pay a high price for quality AND customer service. I will not be going back to NEOPRO along with many cycling friends too after telling them about my experience.

Unfortunately I find myself writing a 1…

Unfortunately I find myself writing a 1 start review due to unprofessional and very disappointing customer service. My husband purchased a cycling bib for me as a gift and unfortunately due to the sizing chart not matching the true size of the garment it was too small. As it was a gift and was given to me a week past the 30 day exchange policy I was refused an exchange. I appreciate this policy exists and as a business owner myself for over 20 years I understand that customer service is top priority and by providing quality after care customer service it always pays itself back ten fold. Unfortunately customer service no longer exists within these online only business platforms.
We have learnt a lesson and it has made us realise that we have been letting our own local business down by supporting online scammers or online business who, once they receive your money, do not care about their customers. We will go back to supporting our local businesses and many wonderful local cycling shops whom support our local community, provide jobs and provide amazing customer service.
