Website was easy to use/navigate. It took a few weeks for the sign to arrive, but the estimated delivery timeframe when making the purchase was accurate. Product is made in/shipped from China, and packaged appropriately for international shipping. The light arrived safely, seems to be made well, and looks great!

i mean, you did screw up the power outet, but the support was super nice and helpful, the lamp is amazing and im really happy with everything. I think when companies deal with costumer support in a good way deserve a shout out. would recommend 100%
