bait and switch
They advertise a price, you go thru all the trouble of customizing and paying for the sign, then they 'bait and switch' you and tell you the sign is hundreds more dollars and that the money you gave them is just a deposit...what a racket!

Hidden costs
I was disappointed to learn that the initial price you pay for the sign is just a deposit. A follow up email from Neon outshine lets you know that the true cost of the sign is 7x more than the deposit. When asking for a refund they try to heavily discount the price. It would save everyone’s time if it was made clearer this is the case when you first pay. It feels like you’re being scammed.

Exceeded my Expactations!
Great experience! I must admit, I was skeptical of purchasing a sign made internationally, as the price seemed too good to be true. The seller was super easy to work with and responded fast. The sign came quickly, looks fantastic, and the quality honestly blew me away!
