It's the second design I make with them. The result es very nice.
This time they didn't send me the mock up, and that's why I give 4 stars. Everything went well, but I would have preferred to have the design before producing to avoid mistakes.

My sign came out great! Neonoen reached out with a design shortly after I placed my order to show me what it would look like before proceeding. Advised that based on text style that I would have to purchase the larger size which seemed legit.

My sign turned out better than I expected. So pleased!

Just received my light for my wedding, everything was perfect and the remote dimmer works perfectly. There was a small scratch near the top on the backside of the plastic but it’s barely noticeable up close.

I love my neon. The comunication with them was smooth. They attend my modifications and suggestions after they send the mock-up.

I chose mirror finish and it looks nice. People love it.

I asked for the WiFi controller, but I shouldn't. I finally bought another led driver compatible with Alexa, so the basic one would had been OK.

They customized a sign I wanted to the exactly and my sister was overjoyed to see her business letters in lights. You need to buy from them hands down. They work with you and offer advice / suggestions. Tip: BUY THE REMOTE

Sent very poor quality product and the sales rep blocked or changed phone number.

Bought the light for US$320 for my cousin's wedding gift. The package came wet and torn and the adapter was broken. Contacted the seller but wasn't very responsive and I was getting stressed as the date gets nearer. Found out that both light and adapter are both shipped from China. And I can get actually the exact same light from Aliexpress for $50.🙁
