Great designers, great customer service, great product!

Very responsive, professional, and the sign looks great!

Overpriced, shop somewhere else. They sold me a light for 350$ and then offered the same light to me on "special offer" for 244$. These guys are a absolute ripoff and made in China. Thanks for letting me know you that I paid 350$, but you guys could have sold it to me for 244$ and still been profitable. You loss my business.

These turned out exactly how I pictured them. I told them what I wanted, and they completely nailed it, from the design to the colors to the layout. The communication was awesome the whole way through; quick replies, updates, and they made sure every detail was right before shipping.
The “Lucky” clover glows the perfect green, and the gear-shift sign has RGB lighting; it can change colors or fade, and it looks insane paired with the blue underglow in my garage. The quality is solid, no flicker or cheap plastic feel, just bright, clean, pro-level work.
They worked with my ideas and made it come to life better than I imagined. Everyone that walks in comments on how badass it looks, I wish I could upload pics with this review, but it still wouldn’t do it justice.
Highly recommend these guys if you want custom neon that actually looks custom.

We had a couple of signs made for our holiday outdoor display and they have held up perfectly in the elements, etc. The colors were exactly what we ordered online and the selection of fonts gave us so much creative leeway that we were able to make just what we needed!

The fact that my wife got me the sign for a Christmas gift and that Grace designed it, made it a very special gift. There are plenty of companies with great customer service, but none better than this company in my experience. From Ginny the CEO and down to the people who do the manufacturing and support functions, there is a genuine concern for providing service standards that exceed expectations. I have personally ordered two signs for my man cave , one custom built and one standard in stock. The custom sign was designed, constructed and shipped as promptly as the stocked sign. The installation parts and instructions made that process simple. Both signs are a focal point when guests see them for the first time.

The whole experience from ordering to delivery was easy. For what you get- the cost is worth it and very reasonable. The sign that we ordered is fantastic and our friend (it was a gift) loves it!

My experience with Neon Grand was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They were so patient with me and brought my vision to life. The replies were quick and suggestions were great! I loved how they asked for a picture of the wall I wanted the sign on and then provided details of how the sign would look/fit on the wall. That was such a huge help! The sign came packaged very securely and padded. All the hardware to hang the sign and instructions were provided. They were easy to follow and I definitely appreciated how easy the whole process was. Thank you again! =)

At first I'm not gonna lie I was worried, not realizing that Neon Grand is a legit company and not a scam. I'm very pleased with my sign and cant wait to put it up and display it in my Podcast. Also I will be odering another sign.
