bad quality, bad sizing, I paid a fraction for these types of clothes when I lived in the UAE.
bad quality, lousy customer service. Neoher didn't deliver a dress that I paid for and never returned the money. You might as well throw your money in the drain. Don't order from Neoher. Worst online shopping experience ever.

No problems with Neoher
Got a dress from Neoher, with free shipping. Got it some weeks ago, dress was like the picture, I followed the size chart to choose one that really fits me and had no problem with it, the only note I want to leave is that the finishing could be better. But the dress is ok for the purpose I have for it, so overall I am happy with it.
