I also bought the sea glass Christmas trees, THEY ARE HORRIBLE, as stated from others they are molds, and look NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. I have sent numerous emails and no response. I guess I will mark this up to a really bad purchase, wish I would have seen these reviews on their website!!! Someone needs to do something about companies like these, they should have enough respect to respond!!

I purchase 2 sea glass Christmas trees, first, they came broken. Second, it is a plastic mold. Looks like it came from the dollar store at best. I have tried to contact them they do not return email. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. it is all junk.

I saw an ad for their bras, I bought 3 for about $ 39.00, they were extremely difficult to get on, I SENT AN EMAIL FOR A RETURN, neobobsen was not helpful, they refused to help me, I don't recommend this company or their products, very poor!!! Susan T-L

DO NOT order from this group. There is no commination's like email addresses. It takes a long time to order and when you receive something it is not what you ordered. I should have known better, $39.00 for what I thought I was getting, it was way under priced. When I asked they to send the right product two weeks ago they have not replied.

I also ordered a hand held laser engraver - received a TV Brands EZ Engraver - vibrates, no laser. I emailed them and they didn't respond. Then I filed a dispute with Paypal - they offered me a partial refund - ridiculous. I am going to continue to fight for a full refund.

Neopouse.com is a scam company. Do not buy anything from this as they are selling the bogus stuffs and scam you with sending different item then you ordered, and it’s total worthless.
I ordered a SUPER FAST LASER ENGRAVER AND CUTTER MACHINE and paid $40.00 USD and what I got is a HANDHELD ENGRAVER PEN which is not even worth $5.00.
This is total scam. I hope the Consumer forum find out this scammer company and punish them for scamming people.

Garbage mask!! Rigid, not well made. Your typical cheap Chinese knock off. Very uncomfortable and doesn’t fit right

I ordered €47 worth of masks from Neobosen using PayPal. They never arrived and PayPal will not reimburse me as the company have provided false delivery details that the order was delivered and I agreed not to sign for it.

Don’t go near them!!

I ordered three of the clear face masks. They ship from China. The design is flat plastic that smashes your nose and lips. I had three others including a 70 lb child and 120 teen try mask and all found there was no way to adjust the mask to do anything but smash your features. Rip-off.

After purchasing the products and waiting. I decided to go on to the reviews! Kinda late, oh well!..
BUT IWAS SO HAPPY THAT MY BANK CAUGHT THIS COMPANY AS A FRADULANT COMPANY and my payment was not processed..Wheeee.. Wow. I really don't know what company is good or not because I hardly ever order on line.. I just liked th masks. They were authenic and cute. Oh well..

Ok!!! So I finally received my two plastic face Mask. Y'all let me tell you..All I can do is laugh!! My mask won't allow me to breath or talk! 😂😂😂😂😂 All I Can do is laugh. I pray that this company will go under and God will have mercy on them!!! They need to be ashamed of the mess they are sending to people. PEOPLE THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE!! I ordered face shields...now I'm waiting to see what's going to happen. I saw the reviews after my purchase...and now I want to see what's really going on with this company. For all the people who lost your money please don't let this company get away with this. It may seems like a lot of work to put this company under investigation but its worth it. PLEASE report everything on social media about this company. Don't stop there...post pictures with your post on social media. people are visuals. People have to actually see your evidence. When everyone post their reviews all over Facebook, Instagram..… this company will no longer take money/funds from ANYONE!! They will go out of business. You guys we can beat this company at their own game! DONT GIVE UP FIGHTING..THIS IS WHAT THEY WANT!

The most worst after sale customer services ever in my life!!
I even should not give any “star”!
I bought $130 on masks, it said buy 3 4th40% off, but at check out it does not show how much saved!
Besides it , when I received it I went through everything and found that they put some wrong size (maybe unpopular or faulty items) masks in the whole lot I bought, I can not wear it at all, it is totally wrong size,...it was very hard to reach the customer service, it has to through” WhatsApp “, their email is just auto reply so I can not reply, it only alter you to click on it to look at the message from WhatsApp.

Finally connected with them by WhatsApp and explain the reason to request for return or refund, but they replied that only offer 20% of my purchase price to “compensate” me!? It cost me $7 on each item, at least 3 items was wrong item they shipped to me, I can not wear! They want me take 20% refund and keep them! I did not agree! Then they asked me to send pictures to prove my reason, I took pictures but it could not send through by the WhatsApp message, I ask for email to send through, I emailed them the pictures, they responded me giving me 50% refund to satisfy me!!

Remember the put those wrong items or faulty items into the package not what I ordered or I dislike it wanted to return. They did not give me apology and refund, instead they have been very nasty Giving consumer hassles but still saying to want to satisfy customer!????

Do not suggest people buying it! Do not full by their offer and picture! Real things are terrible!

Bought 5 of the masks with the valves in them and they took about 3 weeks to arrive from China. Not much communication - was only when I tried Facebook Messenger did anyone respond to my queries about the tracking numbers not working. The masks are ok quality and construction but they stick out a bit far so you look like you have a bit of a horses face. I don't recommend the masks with the valves as they defeat the purpose of a mask as the valve hole also goes through the filter so when you breath out the mask is compromised. These people need to be way better at the communication. Probably better to buy local.

After reading tat it might be a scam, I called my credit card company to stop payment; but couldn't until it posted. I later decided to see if/what would arrive. It took about 2.5 weeks, but everything I ordered did arrive. I am actually quite pleased with their quality. Double-sewn edges, adjustable ear loops, inner pouch for removable filter (they supplied two). It fits my face quite well and is comfortable to wear. For me, I am pleased with my order. Neobosen may just be a small company new to the Int'l marketplace.

Terrible masks, thin, poor quality, and too small to fit the filters designed for them (or a normal-sized face). Unusable and unsafe!
Customer support not available and eventually got to Facebook sales chat (only will talk to you if think it is a sale) and no resolution. AVOID!

This is a scam website. You will lose your money if you give them your personal bank details and will not get what you paid for. I bought 10 masks and received 1 so buyer beware. They advertise products under various different names such as Vogueilay and ChicMe so please please be aware that your are giving your bank details and personal information to criminals who will steal your money. You have no chance of doing a return as they will refuse to provide a returns address for a refund.

Beware Do Not use Neobosen. Name Must be Chinese for scam. Ordered 12 masks. Received one which was so thin couldn’t be used as a facial hair net. The chat and contact information is pretty much non existent. You’ve been warned. I was suckered. Don’t you fall for the okie doke.

The garbage that arrived after weeks of waiting wasn't even remotely like the masks I ordered. Buy something locally, these people(?) are profiting from the current human misery. Loathsome.

I placed an order before reading reviews because at first the company seemed legit, but I haven't even been sent any masks. I am going to contact my bank and lodge a dispute with them, hopefully they can put through a reversal.
