I know i was a bit rude in the chat but i was getting frustrated... RIGHT after my dispute in chat about a deposit I made and never received... its like the entire site has been flipped i used to see a bonus at least once every 2-300 spins but now its after 1000s Also i have noticed almost like i am being taunted by you, whenever im on my last 30 cent bet about 7x/10 i get a 2/3 scatter or i hit a bonus and its 60 cents 2x...I used to get an hr or so fun/play time but now its 20 dead spins win 30 cents 20 dead spins rinse and repeat across all slots every provider no matter what. I admit i was rude. But this is absoloutely insane. Maybe i am the insane person for constantly going back. Theres something about the layout and speed of the site and how all the games run that i really enjoy. Also before i was rude the support was nice to me. Not anymore..

Neobet offers a bonus when you sign up. Common for betting sites, but there is a significant catch to theirs. It's basically designed so that if you win money, you can't claim it.

After winning 2 bets, Neobet decided to massively bet limit me. And I know of places that do this on props and other lines that they may be uncertain on, but a) ...it was two bets and b) They've limited me to 0 on basically all but the major sports, 0 on all props, and $5 even on mainline things like the spread of the Padres game.

But that's fine, right? I can take my money and go? Well, no. No I can't. First off, Neobet has decided you need to play through your deposit before you withdraw it. Secondly, while I'd be fine forfeiting the $200 and just withdrawing my cash and winnings, I can't do that either because Neobet unlike other betting sites considers the winnings to be attached to the bonus. Meaning I can't forfeit the bonus without forfeiting the winnings.

So, the only way I can actually collect my money at this point is to play through the bonus. Which... I'd be fine doing, but with the insane restrictions Neobet placed on me basically instantly I actually can't play through the bonus. So effectively they've offered a "promotion" that is worthless since if you lose they'll be happy and if you win they'll restrict your account in a way you can't actually get your money from them.

Making things worse I'm trying to get a complaint number from them to follow up with the provincial regulator about their shady practices. You'd think at least THAT would be easy, right? Nah. It's been almost 2 weeks and while they've acknowledged my e-mails (though they don't actually solve anything), they still haven't given me a complaint number despite multiple requests.

Selling customers on a bonus and providing them a set of conditions to meet it is fine. Betting sites do this all the time. But selling that to them, making it so that you lose money if you don't play through the bonus, and then changing the bet limits to make it impossible to actually play through the bonus to ensure they don't have to pay you your winnings? Neobet is pretty unique in this level of scam.
