Great customer service.
I ordered a Fire and Ice (Dallas/Steelers) T-shirt and a hoodie. They arrived at the same time weeks before I assumed the would have. I did have tracking but just didn’t check it. After opening and checking them out I noticed that the hoodie had a very small rip. Not in the fabric but on the design. Looked like maybe too much paint was on it and it pulled up. I was sad cause I had a Dallas/Steelers game coming up that I ordered them for. I immediately took pics and emailed support. After a week that I didn’t see a response so I checked my junk folder and they had responded the day after I emailed them I just didn’t know. Now that I found their email response to me they were very apologetic and wanted to make it right. I responded and thanked them. Then they asked if it was just the hoodie or both it and the T-shirt. It was just the hoodie. Within 3 days I had a new hoodie delivered to my house. They didn’t even ask for the ripped one back.
This is not my first time ordering from them and won’t be the last! This company has great products and customer service!! 5 out of 5 stars.

UPDATE: Funny how after your response you have now finally removed my design from your store along with all the Disney, NFL, Grinch IP infringement. And I did send you proof of you stealing from my shop to both your emails but heard nothing back from those. Learn how to run a honest business and educate yourself on copyright and trademark. Just be a decent human being.
This company stole my design off my Etsy store and is now selling it in their shop. And before they respond and say they bought it somewhere they didn't! It's not for sale anywhere. Believe me I check all the time and that is how I how I found them. I have emailed them and heard absolutely nothing back. So I guess I will report all of the major IP violations to the major companies they have on their site. Maybe you will care once you hear from Disney or the NFL.

Follow up to my August 27 I review…
So back on August 27 I review NemoShirts. It wasn't good. Although they denied any connection to LightsUp Tees and LinkedIn Tees, ironically all three websites have the same contact email on the DMCA page support at nemopremium.com. They asked me to contact them in there response to my review. So I called their phone number 1(503) 8787 666. Oh yeah it's only SMS. No response. Then I sent a cease and desist email regarding all these site and the artwork of mine on September 4. Nearly a week later... crickets. I also sent an email to "sales at nemoshirts.com" and it came back undeliverable! What is your response now NemoShirts?

All notifications about my order were great! But after receiving "rating emails" long before I got the product, I wondered what was taking so long. I ordered it 8/20, it arrived 9/6. I looked at tracking info and then realized it's origin was in the UK, a long way from the USA.
The product itself is excellent and, to me, worth the wait!!
