Unfortunately, they don't send plants, they don't refund money. They ignore emails, there is no way to get in touch with them. Unfortunately, I was robbed of a large amount of money. I have all the proofs and empty promises by e-mail.
Shame on you, scammers!

While I read alot of negative comments I can't complain to be honest. The plants I ordered were delivered within a week and well packed and they look healthy. I did repot one plant because it was in a pot which was too small and the roots were growing out already. As a client I am satisfied.

One stars is to much, nothing working, so bad company. Don't waist your money or time this place, it isn't worth it.

I haven't ordered, but I will not. Friends of mine ordered plants. It took way to long to arrive, and the plants were smaller and more unhealthy than shown on the site. The customer service is not very good. They apparently pay people to leave good reviews on google, in exchange for discount. They are suspected to chemically induce plants (so they get variegation), and sell them for high prices. People who complain on social media for instance, are threatened to be sued. Again: I haven't ordered. I wanted to, but every person I spoke warned me not to do it. (the only reason I give them 2 stars in stead one is because I haven't been customer).

After more than a month of waiting because they had forgotten to send my order, I receive them in this pitiful state, packed in paper towels and craft. No, I don’t buy plants to try to save them and catch up, I buy them for their beauty and quality. I was tempted by the delivery because of the confinement, because I missed having new plants, moreover, I had flashed on them. What a disappointment!!! I am disgusted. I sent them the photos and asked for compensation, and they’re not in a position to make a commercial gesture despite all their mistakes during this purchase. I don’t recommend this site.

They will not give you your money back, if you return a DEAD PLANT. which was OBVIOUSLY already dead when they shipped it. Than they ask you to give the packetshop a faked recipe (without a plant written on it) to get your money from the packetshop.

I ordered a Colocasia Mojito bulb from them, and when it finally arrived 2 months later, it was CRISP to the core. Had only been in the mail for about 5 days. (It was also very very small). Ofc it didn’t root, and just rotted away. 🤦🏼‍♂️ never bothered to go through a refund process, as I at that time already was informed of their horrible customer service. Never going to order from them again, and would definitely not recommend them to any of my plant people. 😅
