I was told the item will come with Nampost courier

I was told the item will come with Nampost courier which i can afford to pay but without notice itended up coming with some private one which charged me an amount i was not ready to pay.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand your concern regarding the courier change. Unfortunately, the bouncer could not fit into any of the standard NamPost boxes, which is why it was sent with Formula Courier instead. NamPost also requires courier payments to be made upfront, which can be limiting for larger parcels. We do apologise for not notifying you beforehand and will make sure in future to inform customers of any courier changes before dispatch. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Enriching experience

The service was super fast (and friendly) . I remember I went in to buy a product for my elder sister, and Madam Nels took her sweet time to explain what the product was and what we should expect to see inside the package upon opening - also how to best use it. I didn't know a single thing about what I was sent to purchase , and honestly , I would have just bought it and left , but her intentionality with ensuring I KNEW what I was getting made me listen and PS , I now know one MORE thing about baby stuff :)
