My order has been stuck at customs for…

My order has been stuck at customs for 15 days and they insist it’s normal and won’t send me a new package so that it arrives on time. They told me if I don’t receive it they will just refund me, so if you buy from them expect to know that you may or may not get your stuff. They are unreliable as hell and lack basic common sense

Missing order

I placed an order on March 19 #5049069
I have only received one item since. I've emailed but have had no reply. How do I reach Neiwai?
Just heard back. Thank you Newai for responding. Hopefully I will see the rest of my order soon.

Be careful when trying on a bra

Be careful when trying on a bra. I tried one and immediately returned it as it was not a good fit. They wrote me back saying it showed signs of wear and refused my return.

Disappointed that Neiwai would not…

Disappointed that Neiwai would not replace a defective bra. When reaching out to their customer service, was told their bra should last only 6-9 months? "Even with gentle usage and care, all bras will lose their shape over time as the elastic fibers in band and straps begins to deteriorate. It's generally recommended that a bra should last anywhere between 6-9 months". This is no where found on their website, I was not informed that's the case when i spent $50 on a bra

Most comfortable bras I own

Most comfortable bras I own! Part of my order shipped quickly, but the rest of it took about two weeks. But overall pleased with the fit and comfort, and highly recommend.

Excellent quality and service

I have ordered two bras, one this year and one last year, from Neiwai and I am never going back to underwire bras. Both arrived on time in new condition. I now only alternate between the two of them. The older one is still in good shape after over a year of constant use. Was really happy they released a fixed cup version, although I still do like the older version. Could not recommend them enough.

So wonderful!!

These are so comfortable but with the support of a regular bra! I’m so picky but love these. I recommend them to friends now. The packaging is also super cute!

Hard to go back to my other bras!

I wasn’t sure which bra style to try so asked a rep for her recommendation. She sounded thoroughly familiar with NEIWAI’s products, as she explained the differences and gave me a good recommendation after hearing my preferences. The pullover bra was so comfortable I went and got one with the back clasps. It’s hard going back to my other bras now!

Great fit and materials!

My first purchase came from two different warehouses and was very seamless. The fabrics on my items are so comfy - smooth and buttery.

Bad experience won’t come again

Bad experience won’t come again. I ordered two bra and they charged $25 USD shipping fee so I thought it should be ship from the US to Canada. But they shipped from China, it’s been two weeks, I still wait for it.

They have no customer service at all. Bad experience and expensive products. Not worth it.

They stole my money

I returned an item using their prepaid label, handed it to the fedex guy and week later followed up to ask about when I’d get my refund. (Having given them time to receive and process the return). The support was horrible and said there was nothing they can do and refused to offer any help. They didn’t try to find out what happened or contact fedex. I did everything I was supposed to, sent the item back using their label and instructions and they couldn’t care less. It seems like they are giving people fake labels so they can get off never having to take returns. Such a scam. I will never purchase from them again.
