Is an easy money and a good app to work with

FRAUD. I signed up for only a few days to store a UHaul trailer for moving my parents to another state. I notified the host when we left, and somehow I have been charged for the past 7 months for an additional $700. Neighbor support said it's my fault. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This seems like a very good way to communicate around the neighborhood and also to keep other people safe. The only thing I don’t care for is the pretty regular complaining about the homeless etc. That is definitely not cool but people who want to reach out and help them getting on there and talking about that I’m fine with.

All interactions were very polite and informative & Lauren was very patient with me being unable to move my RV into the correct spot until the next day after move-in.

It just turns out to be a perfect spot for me and nothing to say other than I've had no problems. I have rented there for several months

Christian was excellent and very caring with my vehicle for two years. Communication was very punctual. I would highly recommend to store a vehicle.

They helped me find a secure place to store my RV. And the communication was timely.

It would seem more supportive of the hosts if you could respond on a negative review. Just seems unfair that a renter can say whatever they want with no option for the hosts to respond. They are the ones that do the work to make you money.

How about you do contracts with parking garages on an annual basis. Or if you are no longer go to partner with a parking garages, don’t put it on your website the month the partner ship ends. Used it for one month and now had to find a new parking garage and was giving a short notice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR PARKING GARAGES, JUST GO THROUGH THE PARKING GARAGE ITSELF.

Kevin’s private parking lot is highly convenient and very reasonably priced. The location is ideal, access is easy, and the whole setup feels secure and well-managed. Kevin himself is great to work with—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable private parking without the hassle.

The storage area was very nice, and the folks were just excellent to work with. I liked that the property was very private and had security cameras in place with motion detectors that informed the owners that someone had entered the property. Nice sense of security for my boat.

Our host was amazing and went above and beyond for us. He was quick to respond and was always available when we needed to access our RV.

I’ve been a host on Neighbor for over three years with the same documentation and no prior issues. Recently, my account was suspended during a prolonged review where basic distinctions between vehicle parking and storage were repeatedly misunderstood.

Despite providing the same approved documents and explaining the situation multiple times, responses were slow, inconsistent, and took weeks, during which I lost active income. Funds were debited while my account remained suspended, and decisions were made without timely communication.

Neighbor needs clearer internal understanding of parking vs. storage listings, faster review timelines, and better communication with long-standing hosts. The lack of responsiveness and prolonged suspension caused unnecessary financial harm. Now I’m forced to contact management and remove my spaces for another platform . Due to their continuous delay in response.

Excellent way to find good folks who want to rent space and make it as easy as possible.

Price was right and everything was as described. Thanks
