My experience so far isn't going well

My experience so far isn't going well. charged the batteries, ran a hdmi cable between my monitor and the r5 iii seeing a colored image with no decent definition. can i get you to sent me instructions I see where i can get them through my i phone but i got most of the memory running other apps on phone plese send me copy to put on my computer not the phone.
Please give me definition of trust pilot . So far I am not happy with your service lets get on the same page.

Arrived fine but box squished

The product, a flash, arrived fine. The box it came in was a bit squished though. The Z2pro-c flash works great with my R6 Canon camera, an adapter and my old EF Lenses.

I've never had a bad experience with…

I've never had a bad experience with Neewer. The only time I had an issue was after upgrading to a new phone, I ordered a lapel microphone. It did not function correctly with the new phone giving what sounded like clipping noises. I reached out and we trouble shot through the thing, which worked fine on other devices.

Not only did the let me keep the microphone, but they gave me a full refund. Which I in turn put back into more Neewer equipment. You have a costumer for life. Their prices are more than fair in comparison to other companies and their lenses and lights produce quality images and videos.

I ordered an item about a week ago…and they addressed it right away after this review

I ordered an item about a week ago. It has still not arrived.

Edit: upon posting this complaint, Mike got back to me immediately asking what could be done. It just happened that two days later I got the item in great shape.

This is the sign I want to work with a company: when things go wrong, there’s an immediate response to make it right. And the best part is, after the delivery they were still within the 5-10 day limit. Yet Mike still wanted to make it up to me.

Almost all my Neewer products have…

Almost all my Neewer products have problems. The video tripod cam apart, the gimbal nob rusted and is stuck. The bolts are wrong size. The tripod leg is bent. The swivel head doesn’t stay tight,
