If I could give zero I would have .
Ordered 2 books , paid for 2 books and shipping . I have the invoice for proof .
I only received 1 book since the other book became all of a sudden unavailable. I asked for a refund for the book that was not delivered. Got an answer of “ no “ we will not refund ! And stated the reminder was for taxes . Which is a lie and definitely not the case. The invoice clearly stated the fee for both books.

Made order for book and issued payment. I emailed to confirm they had the book and was told yes. 10 days later received an email that the book was not available and that I should request an alternative. Told that if I wanted a refund I would have to call their Cairo office. First two calls to office gave me Arabic speakers only. Finally an office manager took the call and said she had no record how I had made the payment for issuing a refund. I was asked to give my personal banking information which I refused of course. Finally we agreed on InstaPay. All communications from the website were in Arabic only, surprising for a company which states it does international business. The refund came through but I was surprised at the local level of customer service for a company which has inspirations to be the Amazon of the Middle East. Can not recommend it.

I was all set to order holiday cards as I have for the past couple of years, but NWF wants to charge $25 for shipping 4 boxes of cards! Customer service says there's nothing they can do about it because they calculate the shipping charge based on the value of the order (and their cards are pretty expensive.) That's not how the shipping company determines the cost to them, so why - with today's technology - should they charge their customers in this manner? I won't be ordering anything more from NWF.

Everything went so smooth from making the order to delivery!
came in so fast from The Middle East to Canada! within days i had the books at my door!

I have used this website over the last 15+ years. I just received an order today here in UK from them containing two books... معاوية.... Moreover I literally cannot think of one time I have been disappointed by the service. It's been excellent. What some people do not understand here in West is that they try to fulfil your order by actually putting in more effort than Amazon. Looking for rare books from multiple suppliers so the customer is not disappointed. What do they get for their bending over backwards to ensure they find the book you want? They get this narcissistic generation that lives of fast food complaining and going off on a rant because for once someone dared to say to them you can't have something. Pathetic.

no shipping
no tracking
no nothing
but very active to DISPUTE on paypal
saying them have proof of sending (where is it!!)

it's been 1 month now waiting for the books that I orders.I emailed them but no answer :(

Thank you neel wa furat for the great service, in my case, I get the books within couple of days from the order and straight to my place, it's easy to communicate with them to track the order and ask about any detail usually I use: info@nwf.
The best part, I was able to find books that usually i can't find in the Library or other online bookstore. I definitely recommend.

This filth heinous business. They send me book which 100 page less which is never close to my order. They don't have any idea about American zipcode , address style and they gave hard time. Salad sad I received unacceptable version never close to my order.

The WORST site you could ever order books from.
This site will NOT let you even know the availability of a book unless you pay first for the book. And then, when you go ahead and do pay for the book, the site will answer that the book is NOT available. After this, you will NEVER see your money again. It's been SIX MONTHS since I, my brother and 2 of my friends ordered from this fraud site and I've been trying to email them on ALL of the site's possible email such as: orders@nfw, complainants@nwf and even info@nwf about our money. Noticing that, if every time I try to send an email to the first 2 email addresses mentioned above, I get an email response from gmail saying that the delivery of the mail was unsuccessful or incomplete. The only email address that receives other emails from poor customers is: info@nwf since it's the email that the site will be able to inform their poor victims about how one could transfer money to them for an "order".
I even tried to contact the site on their social network addresses like their Facebook and Twitter with no response whatsoever. I don't know how they are able to get some good reviews from other "people". I honestly think that the owners of this site write it themselves.
So, my advice to anyone wanting to buy books is to steer clear from Neel Wa Furat for you'll never get the books or your money back.
