Because of the way I sit in chairs, depending on how I sit, my back can hurt from the rigidity of the back rest. Although, this chair is the highest quality chair in terms of feel and materials that I have ever sat in, and I can almost guarantee that if I sat normally it would be a 5 star. To reiterate, any poor experience I have with this chair is my own fault and none of the chair's fault. The assembly was clear and easy, and the fact that each chair's parts are hand checked before shipping is nice.

They have helped me with my issue of replacing the gas cylinder on a 7 year old chair. It's really hard, but this chair has been great for 7 years and I'd like to keep using it! Great products and happy with the new response from customer support.

Hard to put together alone. Jerks when I adjust the seating position.

the chair is really nice, very comfortable. The custom embroidery is super cool and done well. Also didnt take too long and wasnt very hard to put together, and for the smite chair specifically you get a ward skin code included with the chair as well!

I purchased a reclining mechanism from them and although it didn't fit my application and had to return it, the 5 star rating is for their super fast shipping and real easy return process. Their responses were quick and accommodating. I would certainly buy another product from them in the future.

I really like the way the chair is packed and how clear the directions are. The chair itself is well made and will last a long time.

bought a reclining mechanism.
turns out the seat was broken, leaving the chair back leaning back, giving the appearance it was stuck reclined.
tried to refund it, but you apparently don't offer refunds, so i wasted $50.

I proceded to buy my new chair from Secret Lab.

So far, this chair is great!
I just assembled it. It fits my larger frame (6'5'') very well, it's comfortable and wide enough to not pinch my hips like most chairs do. The seat cushions are very comfortable and the customization of the chair to my proportions is fantastic!

I've had a chair from Maxnomic for about 6 years. It's looking a bit rough, but I draped a blanket over it and everything is good to go! Everything on it still works, and the couple times things have broken (much much use from work from home during quarantine) the replacement parts are affordable and easy to install. I've kept this bad boy going strong way past where I feel most people might've thrown it away, but my chair is gonna live forever!

The chairs were delivered quickly and were easy to assemble. the chairs are incredibly comfortable and durable. I would highly recommend them.
