We had a Sainsbury’s Nector card for years shopping for points to save for Christmas , until our card was cloned,loosing us around £47 pounds and putting us in the red by 1200 points, we contacted Sainsbury’s head office by recorded delivery letter,
Didn’t even receive a reply: second letter no reply,called Nector couldn’t help, would Sainsbury’s please explain what has happened to our points.
