Beware!

Seemingly quality products (if expensive) from the sales experience at one of their physical locations but the goodness stops there. Promised shipping of 4 to 5 days (which they do “all the time”) never happened. They created a label, but the package never left their warehouse. The customer service phone number goes to voicemail and many of the store telephone numbers are fake. Multiple attempts at e-mail to customer service went unanswered. Sent an e-mail cancelling my never delivered order and disputed the charge with my credit card company.
