Those good reviews here ON trustpilot are FALSSS off this mining website.

If you’re like me and want passive income without managing equipment or software, NebuMine is a fantastic solution. Set it and forget it.

I was having a good experience with this company until June 13th, when one of my withdrawals got stuck as "processing" and has remained that way until now (June 16th). The support, which they claim is available 24/7, simply does not respond to any emails to explain why a withdrawal that followed exactly the same procedures as previous ones is facing such a significant delay (previous withdrawals took anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours, but never more than 2 or 3 hours to be completed).

In short, they don't respond to customers, the support seems to be limited to an automated response system, and I've simply lost trust in investing with this company.

If you're thinking about investing any amount, keep in mind that you might have a few good experiences before being harmed, but eventually it can happen—and you won’t receive any help. Personally, I recommend extreme caution. I thought I had found a good place to invest a little money (some withdrawals worked fine), but I realized that when any issue arises, the company provides no support or even an explanation—which is a bad sign.

Edit: Still no contact from Nebumine support. The issue remains unresolved, but what's worse is that they haven't given any response at all—not even the slightly rude replies they usually give to users who post negative reviews here. To me, it feels like an admission that they have no intention to respond to a legitimate request from a customer. Since my review is real, factual, and verifiable (and they know that), they prefer to ignore it—just like they ignore the emails sent to their support team.
Edit 2: Now, withdraw is impossible. For 3 days in a row i'm receiving the msg "High network load. Try again in a few hours".

I joined 21 days ago. I also bought some Th with crypto and now my account is permanently suspended and i dont know why. I understand if this was a test but i really upgraded my mining with btc / eth / ripple so can you explain what happened? Username tomseman

Two months ago, I started using Nebu Mine. At first, everything seemed fine. Impressed by the platform, I decided to invest more – over €6000 in total – and built a solid mining setup.

For a while, withdrawals worked as expected. One time it took about 5 hours for a withdrawal to hit my wallet, which was odd, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Then last Friday, I requested a €250 withdrawal. It took over 48 hours to arrive in my wallet. I emailed support multiple times but only received an automated message that a ticket had been created – no real human response.

Today, I made another withdrawal of €150. This time it was processed within 15 minutes. I thought maybe the previous delay was just a temporary glitch.

But then, without warning, I tried logging in again – only to find my account had been permanently suspended due to a so-called “policy violation.”

No explanation. No prior notice. No email. Nothing.

And still no real response from their support.

What policy did I supposedly violate?

I invested over €6000 of my own money.

I never created multiple accounts.

I never shared any referral links.

So what did I do wrong? According to them – who knows? Because they refuse to tell me. They just suspended my account and locked me out.

Luckily, I managed to withdraw a decent amount before this happened. But let’s be real – this was too good to be true. And now it's clear: Nebu Mine is a scam.

Here's what you should know:
No human support. Emails go unanswered.

They suspend accounts without warning or reason.

You’re left with no access and no way to fight back.

I knew the risks when I got involved. But I’m warning you now: do NOT put your money into this so-called cloud mining platform.

You will regret it.

I have withdrawn 4 times as of writing and have experienced no problems so far.

Started investing in this in February. Made my first withdrawal today. Have had no problems putting money in and had no problems today withdrawing.
