This is a common tactic used by scam platforms — falsely accusing users to justify blocking withdrawals.

You cannot just mine for free and withdraw without fulfilling the basic conditions. That’s common sense for any serious platform.
We noticed your activity involved creating multiple free accounts, likely trying to bypass these rules — which is strictly prohibited. It’s no surprise you're frustrated now that your attempts failed.

Just to clarify: the minimum withdrawal amount is fixed in BTC, and when you choose a different currency (like DOGE, LTC, etc.), it’s automatically converted to match that BTC value at the current market rate.
So if you see the minimum "going up" in other currencies, it’s not an arbitrary change—it simply reflects the current BTC price conversion. This is clearly highlighted on the withdrawal screen when selecting your payout currency.

Improvement in handling of Customers' requests required.
This Company works well. But, on the 2nd of April 2025, I wrote an email to them via their Email link (support'@'nebu.to) titled “Problem with locating the Nebumine App for download”
Till this day, they have yet to reply email. Presently, I have another issue of the webpage is no longer accessible on my Windows browser. It only opens on a Mobile device.
They have no 'Live Customer Support Desk' to effectively or urgently resolve issues that arise.
I am of the opinion that improvement in the way and time of response to Customers’ needs will increase their Rating.

So far so good. I've been mining for a week and have even invested some money into it. The process is really simple actually and in order to withdraw anything you have to invest a little bit regardless. Returns are pretty good at least compared to places like go mining which is nice. A lot of people on here saying nebumine doesn't respond to support requests and I'm here to say they do. I contacted them and within a few hours they responded back both times I contacted them. I highly recommend nebumine if you are looking to invest in cloud mining btc!
