I ordered my Nebu Orb product 4 weeks ago as a Christmas present and still haven't received it, I'm very unhappy with this service 😞

Nebula reviews explain the same issue I faced endless unauthorized charges and poor customer experience.

Firstly, the pair of shoes I purchased from Nebu Melbourne do not look anything like the quality of the ones in the photo. Secondly, they sent the wrong colour and would talk the talk saying they would replace but never did after many emails. I eventually got fed up after waiting over a month and asked for a refund and would return the incorrect item at their expense but nothing. I am in the process of seeing if I can reverse the charge with my bank. Wish I had’ve read the reviews before getting sucked into their “closing down sale” - what a load of bs! Do not trust this company with your money. Just don’t go there!

Clothing product was nothing like the advertised item. Horrible fabric, cheap finish. It was $79 on sale. Not worth anything like this amount. Hidden in the fine print is that there is NO refund offered for sale items. On complaining, l was offered 20% refund. What a waste of money!!!

The absolute most shit pair of shoes for $70!! This was a big scam. The shoes are made of poor material, plastic and they actually smell shit!

I recently ordered a dress and jacket from Nebu. Absolute rubbish was delivered. Dress was nothing like the size I had ordered, horrid fabric and sleeve, neck and hem just overlocked. The jacket was hideous fabric that squeaked and also overlocked everywhere. A total scam. Delivery took much longer than they suggest and I kept getting email updates re delivery written in passable English but something about them was fishy. I had assumed this was a Melbourne label. Wrong. Just a ripoff. Straight to recycle bin.

NEBU is a complete scam. They market themselves as a Melbourne-based business, but the reality is far from it. The products they sell are cheaply made, likely sourced from overseas at minimal cost, and are nothing like what is advertised.
They claim to have a ‘14-day money-back guarantee,’ but it’s a lie. Every item on their website is labeled as a sale item, conveniently exempting them from honoring refunds. This deceptive practice is buried in their fine print, making it nearly impossible for customers to get their money back.
Their refusal to provide a public platform for reviews speaks volumes. Legitimate businesses welcome customer feedback, but NEBU seems determined to hide the truth. If you dig around, you’ll find plenty of reviews from others who’ve had the same experience—poor quality products, no refunds, and zero accountability.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid NEBU at all costs.

Ordered and paid but the product never arrived. There was an email tells me that it was delivered, and no response from the customer service. It is a scam. Watch out

I had an ad for Nebu Melbourne via Instagram and the shoes sounded and looked good. However when they arrived they are cheap and plastic - not what they promise online at all.

I liked this website's products and ordered 2 of their NEBU branded folding retractable wall mount drying racks. They are uniqe designs and made of sturdy materials, easy to use and almost invisible when closed the lids. They are not so huge racks like the ones we use and keep in our big rooms, but they really save a lot of space and big enough for 1 load of laundry. I will order a few more for my family and friends.
