I paid £285.98 for a Nebra HNT Indoor Hotspot Miner in April 2021 and never received the product.

I followed up for years and was repeatedly told it was coming, but it never arrived and I was not refunded.

Posting this so others are aware and so I can connect with anyone who had the same experience.

Absolutely disastrous and the worst company I have ever dealt with. Nebra Ltd. took my money and failed to deliver the ordered products for years. Despite repeated inquiries, every request for a refund was consistently denied.

I waited for my delivery for an extremely long time and only received empty promises. Now that the company is in liquidation, it's clear that my money is likely lost. This is a case of gross mismanagement and unacceptable customer service. Stay away from this company!

I managed to get my money back from this fraud of a company by raising a SMALL CLAIMS COURT case online. Once done, Nebra were very quick to refund my order. It's so simple to do and does require a small upfront fee to raise but you get this back if successful which 99% of people are because what they are doing is mad. I don't know how a company like this is still allowed to operate. I hope this helps.

I ordered 3 Helium miners from Nebra in April 2021 via their official website, paying £777.95 (Order #NB-19088). After years of waiting and sending multiple emails asking for a refund, I still have not received a single miner, nor any proper response.

What’s worse is that Nebra is still actively selling miners in 2025, while many customers from 2021 remain completely ignored. It feels like they’ve taken the money and moved on without delivering the promised products.

This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I’m sharing my experience to warn others: avoid this company. You risk losing your money like I did.

If I could give negative stars I would. I bought a helium miner back in April 2021. Shipments were to be in batches according to their ability to make them. My order was pushed to sometime in 2022. Since 2022 and through 2024, I've contacted them several times via email and ask for shipment updates and ultimately requesting a cancellation because I felt I was never going to get my order.

Today is May 14 2025, I've not received my order nor heard a peep from them with any updates on my order.

This company has no morals. Took my money and ran.

I have been waiting almost four years for my order from Nebra (Order #NB-31832), which I placed in April 2021. Despite countless emails and follow-ups, all I receive are copy-paste replies like “it’s shipping soon” or “your order will be sent in the next batch.” They have been saying this for years, and I still haven’t received anything.

In April 2022, I requested to cancel my order and get a refund, but they refused, claiming my batch was “shipping soon.” That was a lie. We are now in 2025, and they have delivered absolutely nothing.

They close support tickets without solving anything, avoid accountability, and take zero responsibility. This is not just bad customer service—it’s fraud. They have taken my money, failed to deliver, and refused to refund.

I have filed complaints with UK Action Fraud and Trading Standards, and I am now warning everyone here:
Stay far away from Nebra! This company operates like a scam, and they should not be trusted with your money.

Since then, I have been trying to resolve this issue with their customer support, but it has been a nightmare. At first, they kept saying the package was on its way, then they refused to issue a refund. Now, they have completely stopped responding.

They claim they sent me a tracking number in July 2023, but I never received it. When I asked for it again, they said they can’t resend the email because it’s only available for 30 days. I requested proof of delivery (POD), but they keep delaying and are now ignoring my messages.

I do not recommend this company at all. Avoid buying from Nebra Ltd. – they do not fulfill orders, and their customer service is nonexistent.

Paid for items, waited, was told numerous false dates for delivery. Asked for money back, and got a court judgement in my favour that they've refused to honour.

Wish this could be a 0 start review and 1 start is too many. What do we need to do to get a refund? There has to be a way. How can one company rip off so many people and get away with and still be up and running online.

I placed an order for a Helium Miner (Order #NB-34964) back in April 2021 and have been waiting for over three years with no resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups, Nebra's responses have been vague and unhelpful, offering no clear timeline for delivery or a refund option for the unreasonable delay.

The lack of transparency, empathy, and accountability is shocking. As a customer, I expect better communication and timely resolutions, especially when delays are this extreme.

I cannot recommend Nebra to anyone until they significantly improve their customer service and start prioritizing their long-standing customers.

I would strongly advise against purchasing from Nebra Ltd. based on my terrible experience with their products. I’ve dealt with multiple faulty devices, each causing significant frustration, financial loss, and wasted time.

The devices I purchased failed almost immediately after deployment, despite following all setup and troubleshooting instructions. Even after reflashing the firmware and paying additional fees, the devices remained non-functional.

Their customer service has been incredibly unhelpful, offering nothing more than generic instructions that didn’t address the underlying issues. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the problems, Nebra’s support team failed to provide any meaningful assistance or solutions. It felt like they were just trying to push customers through the system without actually resolving anything.

On top of dealing with faulty products, I had to pay extra for assertion fees and even travel costs to retrieve the non-working devices. The financial strain has been immense, and Nebra has shown no accountability for their defective products or the additional expenses incurred.

In conclusion, Nebra Ltd. is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Their products are subpar at best, their customer service is non-existent, and their lack of accountability makes them a company I would never recommend. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.
