I have ordered two different products…
I have ordered two different products for my kids’ school uniforms labeling purposes. one is to iron and the other is to stick but after i have cleaned them on the washing machine they all gone.. it was a very dissapointing experience and waste of time and money for me

Sorry to hear that you've had a disappointing experience with our products. It is very unusual for our stickers to come off in the wash. Did this happen to both the Iron-on labels and the Peel N Stick Clothing labels?
Please make sure that the Peel N Stick labels have been stuck onto your clothing item's care label, rather than directly to the fabric.

Am disappointed to discover that upon having washed my labelled items, the majority of labels have now come off!!! This is definitely not how the product is advertised and I shall not be continuing to use them!! Service up to this point was excellent however if the product is not fit for purpose it's a waste of time and expense!

We are sorry to hear that your labels have not stayed stuck on your clothing. If you would like to get in touch with our consumer team on 0800 137 997 (or email info@neatlynamed.com) we will be able to help you further.
In the meantime, if you have bought our Peel n' Stick clothing stickers, these need to be stuck onto your item's care/laundry labels (because most clothing is too porous to have the stickers stuck directly onto the fabric, which means the glue washes away more quickly). Alternatively, our Iron-on labels can be ironed directly onto fabric (like the back of jumpers or shirts) and these will stay stuck throughout many washes.
