Next Door real Estate is an scam company avoid at all cost

I had a very bad experience negotiating with their consultant Chetna when it came time to negotiate offers, she seemed utterly clueless and unprepared. It was as if she had never negotiated a deal in her life. She says that she work for multiple real estate companies and that she can get me the best deal. Instead of discussing potential properties or strategies for getting the best deal, she constantly suggested meeting at expensive restaurants under the guise of "discussing business." It quickly became apparent that these meetings were nothing more than a ploy to extract money from me under the pretense of "building rapport."

But that's not the worst part seemed more interested in using our meetings as an opportunity to wine and dine herself rather than focusing on my needs as a client.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of their agent called Chetna unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and treated like an ATM. I was also contacted by their previous HR manager and confirmed to me that they do scam people together with the director and team before she left the company.

This so-called "agent" is nothing but a scam artist in disguise. Their promises are empty, their actions deceitful, and their intentions solely focused on swindling unsuspecting clients out of their hard-earned money.

You don't own all problems in the world

She might be having a bad day, but that doesn't give her the right to be rude. The reason of being in customer service is mainly to assist the customer's concerns. Telling a customer "I did not cut the call." to prove that she is not being rude is something else. Feedbacks are meant for service appreciations and improvements. Next door real estate has to check the quality of their customer service representatives. Skills can be taught; character and personality is learnt by birth environment.

The worst in business

Every day the same discussions with the agent. Agent is inexperienced and looks to be from third world passport holder and has no ambition in helping. Was provided with bad information and I'm glad that I visited the neighborhood myself as they were very wrong in their presentations. It’s very tiring and the manager still hasn’t reached out to us! Still waiting for an explanation.

poor management, worst process , unexperienced staff

So don't let the well meant comments from someone working on the social media team fool you, all the google reviews are fake.

Terrible Experience - Don't waste time

From beginning I experienced a lack of communication and a continually reinforced impression that the agent Chetna was working for her own personal interest instead of the company. Lack professionalism and basic understanding of conveyancing about a property they marketed with mistakes in her listing including square footage, basement, rooms.

I own 9 investments properties across Dubai and was willing to buy another 2 properties by the end of July. Next Door property offered me a very unmotivated agent and in my opinion should not be selling Real estate as this can mislead people with major losses. The agent kept on insisting for another properties where she could maximize her own commission and profit. She also stated that if I'm not happy with the service with the company , she can propose something off call and this should be done outside the office hours. Confused to know that she was referring to an another real estate company .

At the end , she told me that she wasn’t making enough money on this transaction to provide me with service and cannot waste anymore time in bargaining. She was more interested in other clients who had easier sales.
