This company Use to be great but they have changed hands now and the owner/management should be fired. No response to my emails are messages! I never even got a confirmation email never mind a tracking number, such a shame as they were my go-to but not now! The prices were unbeatable. You should be ashamed to call yourselves a business. You could have a business that could be world class but Noooo. It's not on!

I am a privat person and as a single mom I'm struggling very hard to get the money to last month by month. I know it`s a small amount of money but to me it can be a hole week of food. So I would really really appreciate if you could make sure my order arrives or if it`s not possible give me my money back.

I'm waiting for my order about 1 month. By portuguese law, where I'm from, if the company doesn't send the order or refund the money, the company HAVE do refund the double of the amount. I sent a dozens of email's, for 2 times I sent my payment receipt and nothing. Not even 1 single answer. I have already complained and I will not give up. They have my money and the order.

This was my first bulk order as I’m a new business and I have been scammed! No answer to multiple emails and the number on their page is fake!

It's been 10 days since I payed for a 130€ order and I don't have any update. My order still hasn't been dispatched and when I send emails to the company, they don't respond. I sent them an email today to cancel the order because I hate the lack of communication but I don't even know why they would respond to that one since they didn't respond to the ones before. I'll see if I can get a refund via PayPal. I'm highly disappointed. I was really excited for this order.

It’s been almost two months and they still haven’t sent my order. Customer service is a joke. The service numbers do not work and nobody answers the emails.

I ordered from Nded on 27.03.2019, but until now my status is the same, showing that the products are not sent yet, but you already get the money. I also ordered lamps and more products 3 years ago when I was very happy with delivery and products. I m very dissapointed because I try to reach you though phone calls and emails, but no answer. I m going to wait until 09.04.2019 Tuesday, if there will be no answer from you i want full refund of money.

I am waiting for a refund since 19th of february. I paid €120 for my order and received An email afterwards saying they dus not have thé products, so i said i wanted tot cancel thé order and get a refund. They said it would be refunded but now i'm still waiting. They don't answer my emails..

I purchased products for about 50 € from this fraudulent company in early January and I still have not gotten my money back. I commended on Trustpilot before and got a response from them. The main product that I bought was out of stock and therefore I did not want the order anymore - because the rest of the products were complements to the main one. I e-mailed them back immediately that I didn't want it anymore but they sent out the remaining order anyways, without my consent.

After this, I sent it back but have still not received any money. This is a disgrace - a total disgrace. I want my money back NOW or I will report the company to the authorities.

Looking at my order history from their website, it seems that absolutely no action has been taken towards delivering my order. I reccommend everyone to save their money and nerves and never to order anything from nded.

Well, at least someone in NDED is reviewing these, now they responded, but in FRENCH !!! Well, luckily I do understand it as well, but the reason seems to be that they will respond only today due to carnivals (?!). My gosh, have they been in carnivals for the past 4 weeks as well? This is NOT the way to handle the customer service.

This company is a complete HOAX. I have ordered products (order #GL2V7DUY) on 5th February and at that point all the items were in stock. Today it's 1st March, and still no delivery even though the products should have been delivered within 2-14 working days from the order. Week after replacing the order I received a short email stating that certain products were out of stock and if those could be replaced. I answered them immediately, but got very short emails twice or even 3 times, and seems from different persons, stating the same message and not giving any more information. I suggested them to replace the products with similar ones, but nobody answered my email. Then again I get a message from NDED customer service stating that they will start production of the items that were out of stock and if I could wait for that. But when I replied them and asked for how long will the production take and in which time after starting it I could expect the delivery, no answer from them in a week. After that I start seriously claiming for a proper answer, and they only respond shortly again referring to the previous email that the production will start this week and not giving any more answers. Stupid thing is that I have already paid the order and they haven't even commented anyhow my suggestion on returning my money, nor commented anything on my claim for a refund or discount for having to wait such a long time. I am utterly disappointed, furious and cannot recommend this company to anyone. I have tried to call ALL the numbers on their webpage, and none of them get answered, NONE. For me, this company is a fraud who has stealed my money. My next step is to call my bank and ask some legal advice from them on how to get my money back and will also contact European Consumer Center in my country and also in Germany to get some guidance on how to proceed with this case.
