Excellent customer service!! Ethan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He guided me with my issue and helped resolve it. It was my first time calling about any issue and I am happy to say how pleased I am with their service. Overall I am very satisfied with how professional their team is.

Excellent customer service. The support rep was prompt, friendly, and took the time to answer several related questions. She followed up with helpful links that clarified the issue and next steps.

Customer support is very slow to resolve issues. Days before responding. The Mobile App and desktop is not user friendly or fluid. Worst experience so far with any CRYPTO UI I've used. Money stuck during a crash, trying to do a simple withdrawal. There system glitches and money gets stuck easily. User has No way to manualy remove hold or cancel withdrawal. The instructions on there site don't work to cancel withdrawal.

I am waiting more than 4 hours for a simple withdrawal, called 7 times, the system initially says they will answer in "less than 10 minutes", after 5 minutes, the same system says it will take "more than 10 minutes", and automatically hangs up. I feel like a hostage!

I have been trying to contact them without success. Someone used my email to sign up for an account and I have been trying by phone and email to contact them unsuccessfully. No agents are ever available by phone and no one answers by email either.

NDAX STOPPED A SCAM THAT I WAS GOING TO INVEST IN AND RETURNED MY MONEY WITHIN A DAY. EXCELLENT JOB.

Horrible service ! I will not encourage anyone to continue with this company rather just make a switch to my lead .

The Ndax expert (Ethan) was very professional, patient with my questions, and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to call me back when I could not speak with him, helped me transfer Bitcoins from an older wallet I had to my Ndax wallet, and stayed on the phone with me until my funds appeared in my Ndax account! Fantastic service and experience! Thank you so much Ethan!!!

Tried to set up my account google authenticator keeps saying it the wrong number when I enter it.phoned customer service said they would call me back they never called.

This platform is good if you have $1- $5000 buy and sell. On jun 29 my exit point of ETH$3,3450 came along, but they were NOT enough people( with $$$ ) to buy my position. For 15 minutes other platforms selling higher than my exit point but mine sold Around $5k it could not sell my total holdings

I've been using ndax for 2 years I had no problem up until 11/05/24 When I mistakenly message them the saying that I had sent some Dodge coin to a third-party platform and I had not received what I paid for yet which I eventually got what I paid for in dodge coin but

"they took it upon theirselves we prohibit third\-party engagement on our platform" and as a result of contacting them way ahead of a time I screwed myself because

"To further protect your account, we have placed temporary restrictions and suspended the withdrawal function on your account."

Now I went ahead and messaged them and saying that I jumped the gun on messaging you guys about a fake flag. The funds that I sent on Dodge were real and I got my item I paid for and I asked for them to remove the temporary restrictions but they will not do that because it is indefinite because it is against their compliance and I even said well. I would like to remove all of my cryptocurrency but not within Canadian currency but they said no. In order to withdraw all of your currency it would all come out as Canadian money which is bullshit

On August 26, 2024 at about 530am to 8am, I was a victim of Fraud. Someone got into my NDAX account and sold all my crypto and converted it to Bitcoin and transferred it over to them in the platform NDAX. The email that received my stolen crypto is VDIOR87@GMAIL. COM. I have a lot of emails from the unauthorized transactions so when this occurred this person had to be verified to receive my stolen crypto so they have their info but refuse to do anything even though they know they stole from their customer. When I bought my crypto in 2021 I left it there and didn't change anything in my account. Then August 26th 2024 I get a bunch of emails saying my crypto was sold and converted to bitcoin and transferred over to this account VDIOR87@GMAIL. COM. I have been in contact with NDAX the day it happened and everyday since and they refuse to do anything. They have insurance for this exact thing fraud but then say it has to be a certain kind of fraud. Doesn't say that on the website or the policy it says insured for fraud. The people at NDAX are really neglectful and act like they don't know what's going on the next day when I try to continue the conversation through email. It's very frustrating dealing with these people. I have literally hundreds of emails of them being neglectful and not helping and acting as this is a joke. I think VDIOR87@GMAIL. COM still has an account on NDAX because they sent me an email saying they just froze this account VDIOR87@GMAIL. COM. I also messaged VDIOR87@GMAIL. COM the other day and they sent me a laughing emoji so they're still using that email address and I don't get why no one has got their info from that yet or even from the NDAX account associated with this email that received my stolen crypto. Also not sure why it took them nearly 4 months to freeze the criminals account after telling them about this everyday since it happened.
