Phone arrive with good external conditions, but battery life was not ok
I was charging phone 2 each day. After few month doing this, phone started to shut down suddenly. I told them as we have 1 year warranty but they just tell you, that you need to send the phone back
Anyway, i would not recommend
Terrible

They cheated I bought an Apple Iphone 6Plus with 2 year warranty which stopped working in 4months of time. When I raised a request they asked to send back the phone and later they didn't respond to me and slowly they closed NDBD site
Please do not use this company
Please do not use this company. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing an iphone6. Didn't work on arrival. Tried to get in ouch with customer service - received automated, standard response emails and never got through on the telephone. Their T&Cs to return a faulty item within 30-days, requires you completing a form that essentially waives all your consumer rights, which meant I could not return the item without being subject to additional shipping and admin charges and no right to reply on any decision made regarding the fault. The advice I received from the Which Legal Team confirmed this and also pointed out that I had very little rights as the company is a .com and based in the far east. Unfortunately, my credit card company (Nationwide) were not much help in assisting me to get a refund, as they said I had not complied with the NDBD returns policy (i.e. I should have signed the waiver and returned the phone). I tried four times to return the phone but would not sign the waiver and the company would therefore not accept the return. Please read the returns policy very carefully - it is there to prohibit returns and refunds. Anyway stuck with a iPhone6 that doesn't work (both a software and hardware issue according to the Apple Shop technical team.
Unacceptable crap
Unacceptable crap
Bought an IPhone 6s almost 1 year ago for approx. 550$. After 2 months the lens of the IPhone fell off, so my camera was wrecked, there were black patches over the whole thing. When I was to use my phone today the touch would not work, and the screen had a black spot which `leaked` behind the phone and you could see `lines` on the screen. (Like those when the TV is not working)
This company NDBD is a scam
This company NDBD is a scam. Do NOT buy anything from them. They have an Australian address but are a dodgy Chinese company.

There is a reason why the website is under construction !!! They are bust, got the inside info as i used to work for these scammers and once exposed they politely dismissed me.
Weirdly everything worked out well!
Weirdly, everything went well with my iphone SE. I was very very scared to even open the package which arrived almost on time. In the end I did and I was not disappointed. The Iphone looked brandnew and that was about a year ago. The phone still works fine.
It is probably a hit and miss here!

this is a dishonest and a completely untrustworthy chinese company based in HK DO NOT BUY FROM THERE They promise a guarantee but after I received my unworkable Iphone and went to Fair Trading they finally answered my many hundreds of emails seeking my money back WHICH HAS NEVER ARRIVED... do not trust Chinese businesses/ they have no honesty or scruples and why they are still allowed to operate in Australia is simply beyond my comprehension.
As for Fair Trading, they are useless as is Consumer Protection-both holiday camps for paid public servants who push you from one organisation to another. Time they stood up and took some action!
Do NOT buy from this company
Bought an iphone 6plus in August 17. It went wrong in December. Took two months for them to accept it back for repair. Receipt acknowledged march 2018. NOTHING since. Can't get any reply. Are they still in business?? DO NOT USE, absolutely useless guarantee and appalling customer service. Phone now untraceable, money lost. Be warned.

i bought an iPhone 6S plus 128gb from these people. it was delivered on time and works perfectly. i cannot fault them or the product.
Worst company ever
Worst company ever, as reflected by the other reviews they cannot be contacted if there is an issue. Thir warranty is a joke, I sent it to them for repair in Feb and have not seen it since; emails just bounce back. It was a cheap phone, however, it did not work properly and they have been repairing it for the last six months.
DO NOT BUY A PHONE OR ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
Save your money
Worst company ever with the worst service !DO NOT BUY FROM NDBD! Your fooled into thinking you are getting a great bargain but then the phone dosent work! We tried to use our 12+1 month warranty and we were redirected to some Australian site!! Save your money and don't buy from ndbd!!

Nd-bd is the worst company I have ever experienced . The iPhone 6s that came died after two hours. After a lot of communication with a swedish representative including videos of the broken iPhone , I got an RMA for return of the device. From Hong Kong came a message that it was subjected to warranty. Then nothing... since three months now. Will now take various legal actions to try to stop them from continuing their horrible business.

Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. Purchased an iphone 6 plus including an extend 2 year warranty in January 2018.
The phone failed after only 6 months in June 2018. The screen and the home button stopped working rendering the phone useless.
NDBD are not responding to emails to honor the warranty and have the phone repaired.
Buyer beware!!
The worst company has ever seen in my…
The worst company has ever seen in my life. Bought iPhone 6 plus and within 8 months I had issues. And I bought extended warranty too. But within 1-year service, I have sent warranty request in the month of Feb and sent my mobile back to the local store in the month of May and they have received and no response from then till now
Refurbished phones - Never use NDBD. No warranty or ability to contact them
We bought 2 iphone 6s last october. One started having problems with failing to charge up. After much talking to the company (then based out of melbourne) we sent the phone back asking for a refund. Prior to doing that we did all their checks and sent in the photos as requested. We then got ackowledgement that they received our phone and it was in the diagnostic stage. After 2 months and still no word we lodged a complaint with consumer protection. We are now getting our credit card company to do a charge back as this company is now showing the China address. THe phone number is disconnected and the email dropped the .au just quietly through the correspondence. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER!! Our other phone has sticky keys and we can't do anything about it either
Good value, Great Service
I have had my iPhone for about a month now. The service to receive it was great. Lots of info about tracking for delivery and arrived earlier than predicted to country Victoria.
The product was in top condition (rated as a Grade B) - it had a small scratch on the back that I don't see now it is in a case. wouldn't hesitate to use this business again.
