I was quite disappointed in the quality of some of the plugs this year.
This is the third consecutive year I've made similar springtime orders of SunPatiens plugs and the quality has always been spectacular. This year however, three of the five flats were overgrown - two particularly so - resulting in significant damage during packing. (They were delivered the next day, so that cannot be attributed to shipping damage.). As a result, approximately 15% of my order was unsalable as received.

Customer service has been great every time I have a question. Plants always arrive healthy and on time.

I have exchanged emails with Elizabeth beginning 4/25. We lost quite a bit of the genovese basil (looks like frost damage). I have 90 plugs usable/of 280 and trying to nurse some of the others (I sent pictures). Tomatoes looked to be 'ok' but tall and many that were laid down are damaged mid-stem. I am up-potting those deeply and expect they will be ok. Thank you!

Order was not complete, 2 orders of 35 each petunias were missing as well as 100 mixed impatiens, I phone immediately and was told they would be shipped today 4/27.

Too many plugs were overwatered, developed root rot and died. Got a partial refund but I would have much rather had the plants. Now I'm stuck. Same thing happened last year. The two years before that all plugs were perfect. Will look elsewhere for next year.

Went there for the first time, not knowing the process. The staff was very helpful very friendly. Plants are doing great. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about North Carolina Farms. As a small nursery, finding a supplier that delivers both quality and care can be challenging but they exceed expectations every single time. The starter plants I receive are consistently healthy, well-grown, and clearly handled with expertise and attention.
What truly sets them apart, though, is their customer service. Despite being a smaller operation, I’ve always felt valued and respected, never like “just another order.” They communicate clearly, go the extra mile when needed, and genuinely seem invested in my success.
It’s rare to find a company that combines top-tier plant quality with such a personal, professional touch. North Carolina Farms has earned my trust, and they’ve become an essential part of my business. I’m incredibly grateful for their reliability and care, and I highly recommend them to growers of any size.

The person I spoke with was very helpful. Although, the delivery person does not read the box. The box clearly says Live plants. THIS SIDE UP. I received the package in person and I straightened him out. Plants are beautiful. Lots of compliments from my customers. Thanks.

First time buyer, most of my plugs were great! Bacopa Snowtopia had about 15% of plugs with little soil and roots that were not transplantable. The entire tray was not as grown out as the other 5 I received. All the rest were really rooted well. The trays came packaged well too. I would definitely order again.

Plants were packaged well and looked very healthy

Everything arrived healthy and well packed. They're in such great shape, we have very little re-planting to do. NCFarms really delivered on quality!

Very good for a beginner in plant nursery. Thanks
