On entering the store we were approached by Joe, welcoming us, advising to ask if we had any questions, offered us tea or coffee and then stated he would leave us in peace to browse. Wow. Just wow. None of the dreaded stalking we have experienced in other retailers, being followed around, ready to pounce for a sale. What a refreshing difference and one which I’m sure I would not be alone in appreciating. I have literally left stores in the past, despite wanting to make a purchase, because of feeling sales people breathing down my neck.
So well done to Joe and his team. I was so impressed I actually mentioned to him when in the store and congratulated them on this refreshing and very welcome different approach. My purchase, when I decided what I wanted, was seamless and effortless while being completely informative.
Would have given 10 stars if I could.

Paige at Derby was really helpfulz great experience

We were looking for a new two seater settee for our snug, we were met by Neil who showed us where in the store we should look. Once we found the one we liked Neil took the time to explain the make up of the settee. Very pleased with the excellent service from Neil.

Great experience buying a sofa especially as I really don’t like shopping. We visited twice while looking and there was no pressure at all and we were not followed round like in other places. Josh in the customer satisfaction department couldn’t have been more helpful knew what he was talking about and was able to advise on options that we hadn’t even thought about.

Went into ncf Perry Barr just to browse was met by Donald who help me with things that I wanted but was not sure about. Will definitely come back when I am ready to buy.

Zaf gave amazing friendly and informative customer service, explained all the details great and I left having put a deposit on a new sofa, bed and mattress, very happy!!

Fantastic experience in Swansea with Josh. Nothing was too much trouble (especially when couldn’t decide between 2 sofas and closing time was approaching, he made sure we weren’t rushed and let us take the time we needed to make the decision)
Great customer experience - his personality shone through!

Michael explained to us the process asked a couple of basic questions and then left us to have a look around which I liked. He then approached us, when we had made ourselves comfortable on our chosen sofa! The process was fast and much easier than I was expecting! Thankyou so much!
