Dave at the MK store was great when we visited and again when we came back to purchase one. Really good experience at the merry hill store. TK was great he showed us different sofas, was patient with us being very indecisive and talked us through the sales process including delivery and warranty. Could not have asked for a better sales rep.

The staff at your Merry Hill store was very help and appeared to be very joll. Staff was very happy to answer questions we had which made the overall experience better.

Kevin was very helpful in the Edinburgh store. Came in found the perfect sofa and purchased without any problems. No pushy sales like we have received previously. Would definitely recommend them 😁.

If I could give no stars I would what an absolute joke of a company! Getting customers to write trust pilot reviews in the store. Once it’s ordered make sure your expectations are set at zero customer service, no response to emails. Call centre don’t know when someone is going to get back to you. Joke! Delay tactics and don’t answer complaints fully. WARNING!! DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY!!

We found a high quality bed at a great price. Also the advice from TAZ of where to get some additional items for the bed was really good.
